Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend Justin Gaston celebrated New Year’s Day in Los Angeles, shopping at the mall.�� I hope Miley shopped for some tights, because she seriously destroyed the pair she’s wearing.� I know the 1980s are back and all, but I am not sure this look makes me believe any further in her purity ring! Daddy Billy Ray Cyrus sure seems to be giving her a loose rein these days.
