According to TMZ, Ed McMahon is not taking his downfall lightly.� McMahon as we all know is losing everything he has.� How this really happens to the “rich and famous” is beyond me.

When the process server went to the McMahon Estate, Ed’s wife Pamela answered the door and then released their “regular” size poodle on the poor guy.

Haven’t the McMahons ever heard the phrase, “don’t shoot the messenger”?� They are going down and no amount of poodles mahem is going to stop that.
