Prince to Release 3 Albums in 2009
In case you haven’t heard already, Prince is looking at the busiest year of his career - packed with not one… not two… but THREE studio albums!!!!!!!
First up will be Lotus Flow3r, the more guitar-heavy of the three releases — four songs which the legend premiered on LA radio stations (and online here). Next up will be the funkier album MPLSOUND, followed by the third project, Elixir, featuring his newest protege (think his Lisa Lisa/ Vanity 6/ Carmen Electra sensai-ships) Bria Valente (get a taste for how dope her vocal contributions can be on “Here Eye Come” on the website).
Still anti-record label, Rolling Stone is calling Prince a varitable one-man Live Nation.
