Sexy �X Factor� judge, singer and soccer wife Cheryl Cole confesses she has her rough days, when she thinks she is fat and doesn�t like her legs. In the past she admits to have burst into tears and started an extreme diet because she couldn�t fit into a pair of jeans.

We all have our ugly days! The days we want to stay in bed all day and not even walk past a mirror at home� but Cheryl has bigger issues to deal with like her husband�s affairs. Ashley Cole�s affair was exposed last year by a hairdresser who he reportedly slept with but the couple is still together and trying to deal with the situation the best they can.

‘It was horrendous,’ said the 25-year-old singer and The X Factor judge.

‘But look, Ashley’s young and he’s got a young mentality – for his age anyway.’

‘He’s learning,’ she told Vogue magazine. ‘He has a beautiful soul, he’s a really nice guy and I’m not stupid, you know. I’m really not.
