Lisa Marie Presley Twin Baby Girls Photo!

Lisa Marie Presley gives PEOPLE an exclusive interview and lets the cameras in.  Lisa is loving her 3 month old twin girls, Finley and Harper.

“I really wanted these babies,” says Presley, 40, who tried for two years to get pregnant before conceiving the twins.

“My blood was too thick and would clot, which caused several miscarriages,” she tells PEOPLE. “The moment I took blood thinners, I got pregnant.”

“I was unable to see my toes by the fourth month,” she admits. “But I only gained 30 lbs. total. I worked out up until the seventh month.”

Lisa is going to be a really busy mommy for the next 18 years. I think motherhood looks good on her.  And those baby girls, wow.  What dolls!!  Too cute.
