Actress Kate Winslet, who recently won two Golden Globe Awards and was nominated for an Oscar for Best Actress, arrived at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival at the Arlington Theater last Friday (Jan. 23rd) looking gorgeous and radiant. The actress chose a simple black and white dress that accentuated her curves.

Kate just cannot do wrong! She must have one hell of a good stylist or just really good taste. I cannot say the same thing for her hair � it seems Kate was in a hurry and forgot to get her hair done! Anyway she still looked just amazing as she picked a Montecito Award! Another one for Kate! This is definitely going to be her year! Crossing fingers for Oscars!
