Donald Trump has not exactly secured a heap of A-list celebs for the next season of The Celebrity Apprentice, but I am somewhat surprised that some of them are actually legitimate stars (while some of them are attention-sucking hooches).

“Last season’s Celebrity Apprentice became one of the hottest shows on television – and this season will be even better,” Trump told TV Guide. “We have an amazing cast of celebrities and we are looking forward to some fantastic entertainment.”

Heroes star Hayden Panettiere got pissed and called the cops on herself.� That is too funny, right?� Well, here is how it all went down according to TMZ:

Law enforcement tells TMZ Hayden P threw a hero-sized fit when she got tossed out of a 21+ club in Suffern, NY just before Christmas. We’re told a bodyguard noticed her in the packed crowd checking out the Jon Turco Band and thought she looked young, so they checked her ID. He saw her DOB (she’s 19) but evidently did not recognize her name. The club, per state regs, had to show her the door and yank her ID.

Now here’s the best part: She was so steamed about losing her ID, she actually called the cops on herself to try getting it back. Cops showed up, got the card from the club … and then gave it back to HP. The pic (right) is of her outside the club. Also, we’re told she wasn’t drinking or anything.

I would have done the same thing in her shoes.� I don’t think there is anything wrong with her hanging out in a club.� Hayden wasn’t breaking the law or anything.� I’ll bet those bouncers feel like idiots now.� I wonder if they were fired for doing their job?� One more thing…..where was Milo Ventimiglia during all this mess?� I guess he wasn’t much of a Hero that night….

Eliza Dushku hit the Fox TV Winter All Star Party at MyHouse in Los Angeles last night. Eliza is starring in one of the most anticipated new shows on Fox. Her new show Dollhouse premieres on February 13 and was created by Joss Whedon. I know I am excited for her to be back on TV because I loved her in the show Tru Calling and I was a little miffed when they canceled it, right when it was starting to get really good.

Dollhouse is taking the story of a group of people known as the �Dolls� or �Actives� that have their memories erased in order to prepare them for numerous assignments as an agent running under a highly illegal facility. Beyond the action, Echo (Eliza Dushku) is seen coming to consciousness of her feeling and soul.

It does seem confusing but most of the time new shows are. I can’t wait for this to start.

The big host of The Biggest Loser, Alison Sweeney, will be much smaller at the end of this season. She welcomed baby girl Megan Hope Sanov late Monday evening.

Megan weighed 6 lbs. 7 oz at her initial weigh-in, according to People. She is the second child for Sweeney and her husband Dave Sanov, who also have a 3-year-old son named Ben.

Simons told People that Sweeney, who�viewers had seen�noticeably pregnant when she hosted NBC’s live finale�of The Biggest Loser: Families on December 16,�had continued to work on The Biggest Loser: Couples – which premiered last week –�right up until she gave birth.

Sweeney is expected to�return to The Biggest Loser ranch and resume filming the show which is continuing to film in her absence. She is still expected to appear in every episode of this season.

The whole family is doing great. Congrats, Alison!

Victoria Beckham‘s new Armani underwear ads have finally come out. These images are the first ones out for the Spring/Summer 2009 campaign. I’m not really sure how I feel about them. I know I went crazy when her husband, David Beckham‘s came out. I think Victoria’s fall flat.

Georgio Armani explained the reason why he chose Victoria for the campaign:

“I chose Victoria Beckham to launch our new global Emporio Armani Women’s Underwear campaign because she is a stylish and intriguing woman. Great underwear is alluring and provocative, and so I wanted to work with someone who would make a real impression. I’m sure Victoria’s presence will generate great excitement.”

Victoria once said that her stomach was saggy and that she would look horrible. I think that she lies! I may not like the pictures but there is no sag there.

Jennifer Hudson will perform The Star Spangled Banner at the Superbowl on February 1. It will mark her first public performance since the tragic murder of her mother, brother and nephew by her brother-in-law. There were rumors that she would be singing at the inauguration of President-elect Obama, but her rep squashed those reports.

Hudson nailed the song at the Democratic National Convention, and we all wait in anticipation for her come back. We love you, Jennifer!!

… And millions of American girls everywhere let out a huge sigh of relief. Gorgeous rocker David Cook has broken up with his fellow American Idol alum girlfriend Kimberly Caldwell.

“Kimberly and David ended their relationship just before the holidays. The couple remain good friends and being very private people, appreciate their privacy at this time,” Caldwell’s representative told In Touch Weekly in a Monday report.

Cook,�American Idol’s seventh-season champion,�and Caldwell, a former second-season Idol finalist,�had begun their relationship in May when Cook asked Caldwell out to dinner while she interviewed him live on the TV Guide Channel prior to Idol’s seventh-season finale.

On December 11 Cook had confirmed that they were still together during a radio interview with WNCI-FM’s Dave and Jimmy. At that time he also denied Star magazine reports that he was going to be proposing over the holidays. Yeh, guess they were way off on that one, eh?

I can’t stop laughing over the promo for American Idol that mocks Katrinia Darrell and her pathetic audition.� Om my goodness.� I am glad she did it just so I could get a great belly laugh out of it!� Are you kidding me?� Katrina Darrell seems to think that wearing nothing but a bikini will distract you enough to not notice her awful singing voice.� Um no.� Didn’t work.� American Idol say you’re “ridiculous” and I totally agree with them.� That ticket to Hollywood will only last but a minute, girl.� Geesh!!

Some people see commercials for the once hit show, Prison Break and wonder, “Haven’t they escaped yet?”.� Well, it appears that enough people have had those thoughts.� the ratings have gone down and the show will be closing it’s “prison gates” permanently.

Entertainment Weekly talked with Prison Break’s executive producer Matt Olmstead:

Executive producer Matt Olmstead tells Entertainment Weekly exclusively that there was ”nowhere to go beyond this season,” adding that he ”didn’t want the show to become a parody of itself.”

Ratings-wise, the decision was easy since viewership is down 22 percent from last year. Luckily, fans will get some closure. Break returns April 17 to air its remaining six episodes. Michael and Lincoln (Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell) will finally catch a break — at a huge cost — in May’s finale. Says Olmstead, ”There will be deaths.” But since Fox extended Break’s 22-episode order by two hours earlier this year, that ”finale” may not even be the show’s last gasp.

Olmstead has filmed a couple of extra segments that he says ”address a couple of other storylines [and] can play as a standalone [movie].” What’s more, there are rumblings that Break might get a stay of execution under somewhat different circumstances. Explains exec producer Dawn Parouse, ”I would love to do a show about a women’s prison. It would have to be a fresh start — if not by us, then somebody.” Given that L Word creator Ilene Chaiken is planning, oh, the exact same thing for the proposed spinoff to her Showtime drama, perhaps Parouse should think about a different approach.

So, we say goodbye to another show.� It was fun while it lasted.� Farewell, Prison Break.� Life and death.� It’s all part of the TV living experience, isn’t it?

I think it will be interesting to see what happens next.� Will there be a women’s prison spin off?� I think that idea could actually work!� I think the male audience would enjoy seeing a bunch of women locked up in tight quarters.� They just better make sure to cast a couple of babes.
