Backseat Rewind: Hugh Laurie

We all know Hugh Laurie as the cranky, addicted to his Vicodin, crushing on Dr. Cuddy and Dr. Wilson type doctor in the TV show House. I admit I was one of those types that didn’t watch this show until after it was on for a couple of years. And one day I was flicking through the channels and it was on. I couldn’t help but want to watch every episode after that!

But what exactly did Hugh do before he was Dr. House? Find out after the jump… (Read the article)

Colts’ Head Coach Tony Dungy Retires

The Colts ended their season in a loss to the Chargers and now they lose their Head Coach, Tony Dungy after 7 seasons.  ESPN and the sports world are buzzing about Dungy’s future and whether or not he will come back or will his retirement stick.  What do you think?   How do you think this is going to affect the Colts’ future?  Who would make the best replacement for Tony Dungy?

I think that the Colts without Dungy will feel the same as the Steelers did at first without Bill CowherMike Tomlin has been awesome in Pittsburgh.  Hopefully the Colts will find a winner too.

Drew Barrymore Is ‘Attacked By Rats’!

Ok, ok.  So it appears it was just Drew Barrymore’s hair that was attacked by rats.  I absolutely love Drew and all of her work…BUT, this hair style was just all wrong.  The red carpet at the 2009 Golden Globes had a lot of blundersDrew Barrymore looked great all except for the hair.  The ‘bouffant’ look just isn’t working for her here.  It looks way too teased and well, RATTY. I’m pretty sure that her hair dresser used at least two cans of Aquanet.

Drew, please don’t do this ‘do’ again.  You are way too hot for that craziness!  On another note, your dress was beautiful :)

Mira Sorvino’s ‘Secret Garden’

So we all saw that some stars that showed up to the 66th Annual Golden Globes at the Beverly Hills Hilton last night should have stayed home and watched it from their living rooms or perhaps gone in through the back door.  Seriously, why did they make a grand entrance on the red carpet?  Were they hoping to make the worst dressed list or did someone lie and tell them their outfits were awesome?  Either way, I get to poke fun now.  So thank you!

One of my faovrite blunders of the night was Mira Sorvino’s gettup.  This dress makes you wonder if she knew what event she was attending?!  Her ill-fitted dress looked like a garden threw up all over it.  Mira’s dress was not red carpet worthy.

I am thinking they should have some fashion police stationed around the limos drop off area and if the celebrity looks like crap, the ‘police’ close the door and send them home.  haha!  That would be hilarious!  Ok, maybe my cold medicine is getting to me.  Mira, if I were you, I would just burn the dress.

Renee Zellweger: Worst Dressed At The Golden Globes

Renee Zellweger was wearing something crazy at the 66th Golden Globe Awards last night at the Beverly Hills Hilton last night. She presented an award too but I’m not sure what it was because I was too busy looking at the train wreck she looked like. What exactly is she wearing? I’m so confused.

I think overall the Awards were okay last night, except for the uncomfortable feeling I got through the whole show. Did someone bring an elephant to the show and we didn’t know about it?

Megan Fox Is ‘Bootylicious’ (photos)

Last night at the Golden Globes, there were a lot of great fashion statements.  Then there were some super “WTF’s?”.  Megan Fox was a hit.  She looked absolutely stunning in her golden dress that showed off every bit of that perfect body. Megan is always easy on the eyes, but last night she was over the top sexy.  WE acan always count on Megan Fox to steal the ‘steamy spotlight’ and bring the sexy.  Enjoy the red carpet photos!

Vanessa Hudgens Tries Out For ‘New Moon’

Vanessa Hudgens from High School Musical auditioned for a role in the Twilight sequel New Moon

With all the “New Moon” casting rumors that have been floating around since “Twilight” hit theaters, we were especially wondering who would play werewolf Leah Clearwater, Jacob Black’s feisty and heartbroken frienemy.

Well, one of the rumored actresses in the running — “High School Musical” starlet Vanessa Hudgens — has apparently taken the next step and auditioned for the role, according to “Twilight” actress Ashley Greene.

I’m sure she’d fit right in with the whole phenomenon. This is a series aimed at the High School Musical demographic so why wouldn’t they cast her? Another teen idol on the poster can only help with marketing, and this series isn’t about quality it’s about making big money.

New ‘Avatar’ Spaceship Image

Check out the first image from the upcoming James Cameron film Avatar that shows that the film is actually Sci-Fi. All the previously released shots had no elements of the sets, just images of Cameron and actors ‘on set’. As soon as details begin to emerge the anticipation for this film will skyrocket. It is supposed to be out in December, so expect an avalanche of marketing this year.
