Sexy �X Factor� judge, singer and soccer wife Cheryl Cole confesses she has her rough days, when she thinks she is fat and doesn�t like her legs. In the past she admits to have burst into tears and started an extreme diet because she couldn�t fit into a pair of jeans.

We all have our ugly days! The days we want to stay in bed all day and not even walk past a mirror at home� but Cheryl has bigger issues to deal with like her husband�s affairs. Ashley Cole�s affair was exposed last year by a hairdresser who he reportedly slept with but the couple is still together and trying to deal with the situation the best they can.

‘It was horrendous,’ said the 25-year-old singer and The X Factor judge.

‘But look, Ashley’s young and he’s got a young mentality – for his age anyway.’

‘He’s learning,’ she told Vogue magazine. ‘He has a beautiful soul, he’s a really nice guy and I’m not stupid, you know. I’m really not.

Immature man? What a surprise� he is a soccer star!! He gets all these slutty girls throwing themselves in his lap and he is just human! He was bound to fall in that trap� he is immature!! It�s funny how many excuses you can find when you really like someone.

Taylor Lautner has been confirmed as Jacob Black for the next Twilight movie, New Moon. And according to Taylor he has been working hard bulking up for the role. Personally, I am a huge fan of this movie don’t get me wrong, but Taylor still looks too tiny to be playing a werewolf. In the book it makes it sound like he is huge..and he should look like he’s 25 not the 16 Taylor really is. I guess we should trust the director and it will turn out fine.

Here’s the highlights of the interview with Taylor:

On retaining the role of Jacob Black: �I�m very excited. Twilight was an incredible experience and I�m just stoked to be back and work with the whole team again � the cast and crew. I�m very excited to work with Chris Weitz, he�s an extremely talented director so it�s going to be great.�

On his preparation for Jacob in New Moon: �I knew I was going to have to [put on weight] for the sequels, because Jacob is requires it. So I started working out the day after Twilight came out.�

On how he�s putting on the weight: �I do everything possible and eat as much as possible and drinking my protein shakes. It�s very important. I�m trying to stay as clean as possible (i.e. no fast food restaurants!).�

It would be a bummer not to go and hit McDonald’s for a Big Mac…those are my favorite!

Before her pampering and glamorizing session for this year’s edition of the Golden Globes Awards, actress Miley Cyrus stopped by at Millions of Milkshakes to get her very own Miley Shake, which consists of a mixture of vanilla, cookie dough, Reese’s peanut butter cups and whipped cream. Yummy, yummy!!!

Miley received a Golden Globe nomination for her song ‘I Thought I Lost You’ from the Disney movie Bolt but she is not expected to perform tonight. I don’t think she could since she just posted a video blog explaining how she cut her uvula (really interesting video at Gossip Teen>>).

One of our favorite celebrities we love to hate was out in the Bronx, New York doing some good.� Yes, Heather Mills was working on her karma (we all know it needs a LOT of work) by hosting a healthy cooking day for the families of the Bronx, following on from her commitment of $1 million in vegan food to the Hunts Point Alliance for Children.

I give Heather Mills kudos for this good work.� She might be Paul McCartney’s mortal enemy, but I think she made some new friends out of all those kids. You can’t say anything bad about a woman out there helping out children and families that are in need.

Heather, you have done a good thing and I hope you continue to do so even when you have met your $1 million goal.� I think good karma is heading your way!

The soldier prince pours shame on the Royal Family as he calls an Asian squaddie �our little Paki friend� and tells another officer cadet jokingly wearing a camouflage veil off duty: �F*** me, you look like a raghead��an offensive term for an Arab.

The disrespectful Prince pretends to get bored talking to his grandmother and dismissively hangs up on her saying: �Send my love to the corgis. I�ve got to go, got to go, bye. God Save You . . . yeah, that�s great.�

Shameful for a Prince to behave like that! Apparently Harry was obligated to issue an apology through a spokesman but we think he should have done it himself and explain it to us. Words of apology through a mouthpiece don�t mean much to me�

The spokesman said: �Prince Harry fully understands how offensive this term can be�and is extremely sorry for any offence his words might cause.

�However, on this occasion three years ago, Prince Harry used the term without any malice and as a nickname about a highly popular member of his platoon.

�There is no question that Prince Harry was in any way seeking to insult his friend. Prince Harry is using the term �raghead� to mean Taliban.�
