Ok. It’s a done deal…..as if we didn’t already know it…..LOST is going to torment us all season and we will still come back and beg for more every week.� Why is that?

Runnn, Penny, Runnnn! You gotta love Penny’s undying devotion to Desmond–after all, she’s his constant! (Swoon.) But girlfriend needs to draw the line when it comes to going with Dezzie-poo to Los Angeles to track down Daniel Faraday’s mum, because in case anyone forgot, that just so happens to be the current (we think) location of one very vengeful guy: Mr. Benjamin “You killed my daughter, prepare for your daughter to die” Linus. Something tells me she’s headed way too close to Ben, and it makes me nervous.

Is Charlotte Dead? Whether she is or isn’t, that bloody, knee-bended, face plant is certainly gonna leave a mark. I’ll be talking with Rebecca Mader herself in the morning, so please post any questions you have for her below and I will gladly ask as many as I can. First and foremost on my agenda: Are you still on the show? Is Charlotte alive? And did you ever try a humidifier for those nosebleeds? ‘Cause mine works wonders. Just sayin’. Oh, and we also need to know Charlotte’s history on the island, right? She can’t die yet!

Good grief.� Are you kidding me?� I guess it was only a matter of time before someone had to lay claim to the money maker “Hannah Montana“.� Miley Cyrus is such a mega star.� Everyone wants a piece of the action.

TMZ has the guy’s claims here:

Richard Fronduto filed a lawsuit today in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming he wrote a script in 1990 called “The Secret Life of Sindi” which eventually became “The Family Business.”

Fronduto claims his agent pitched his work to Disney and that Disney liked it so much they asked him to turn his script into a two-hour pilot. In short, he claims he’s the brainchild for what became “Hannah Montana.”

Fronduto claims numerous similarities between his script and “Montana.” Both feature a 13-to-14-year-old middle class American girl who leads a double life as an ordinary teen and successful pop star. Both feature a single parent who acts as her alter ego’s manager. And both have a best friend “with whom sus cyrhe shares her secrets.” Doesn’t that sound like half the Disney shows? We’re just sayin’ …

Fronduto is suing for damages as well as a “Created by” credit on all future publications and broadcasts of “Hannah Montana.”

Amazing how it took this long for him to realize he had been knocked off.� What a load of crap.� I hope he gets laughed out of court.� What a schmuck.

The sweet little girl from Harry Potter, Emma Watson has seemingly grown up and out of that little girl phase.� At almost 19, Emma is a sexy, burlesque diva.� My how time flies.� It seems like yesterday she made her Harry Potter debut as a sweet, little thing and look at her now!� Wow.

Emma is appearing in VS. Magazine in a pretty risque photo shoot.� Ellen Von Werth captures Watson looking a bit like a little girl playing dress up in her mommy’s stuff.� But, I think Emma will always look younger than she is, I have always had that ‘issue’ myself.� I think the pictures are pretty cool and a little creepy at the same time.� I know, hard to explain.

You would think things for Jessica Simpson would be peachy, wouldn’t you?� The girl has got the life of a wealthy super star and she’s got Tony Romo as a boyfriend.� What more could a sexy, blonde ask for?

Things seem to be unraveling for this now country artist.� There have been all these pics of a “thicker” Simpson all over the web and rumors are flying about Romo cheating on her.� So, what’s the deal?

Jessica Simpson has been slammed with a $10 million breach of contract lawsuit over an unreleased workout DVD.

In 2005, the singer filmed a exercise instructional for fitness company SpeedFit, but the shoot quickly took a humiliating turn when Jess allegedly turned up to the studio �tipsy.�

Her manager-father Joe reportedly refused to sign off on the project, preventing the SpeedFit boss Alex Astilean from releasing the DVD.

�Jessica was a mess during that shoot,� an insider revealed in an interview with Radaronline this week.

�They asked her to come back and re-shoot, but she refused, and that�s why she�s facing a lawsuit now.�

So I guess Jess didn’t like the whole workout video and so she gave up working out altogether?� I know she landed Tony Romo, but…,.doesn’t she want to keep him?� The guy has all sorts of pressure to maintain this perfect image and a chubby girlfriend doesn’t match that bill.

So, is Ashlee Simpson going to come to her sister’s rescue again and pay off the $10 million bill?

Mickey Rourke was supposed to be on Wrestlemania this year, at least thats what he said before. His tune has changed after his interview on Larry King last night.�

Many industry analysts expressed their concern that Rourke�s pro wrestling appearance might affect his Oscar chances (which is funny in itself considering Rourke was nominated for playing a professional wrestler but appearing at a professional wrestling event is somehow considered unfavorable).�

Rourke�s publicist tells�Defamer�that Rourke �will not be participating in Wrestle-Mania� and will instead be �focusing entirely on his acting career.��

A smart choice, it’s probably best that he focus on what’s in front of him now as an Oscar nominee.�

SAG and the AMPTP are finally going back to the bargaining table? Here’s their official announcement:

Screen Actors Guild and Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers to Meet Tuesday

Los Angeles (January 28, 2009) –� Screen Actors Guild and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers will meet February 3 and 4, at the AMPTP offices in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

We will have no further comment about the meeting.

This isn’t exactly a solid plan for recovery, but at least they are going to talk. Hopefully hollywood will be back in full swing in the next couple of months.�

This week there were rumors of Seth Rogen‘s The�Green Hornet getting cancelled. Fortunately that’s not the case! The film is still on track, despite the loss of Steven Chow as director.�

Some of the (assumed) studio disinterest came from the directorial departure of Stephen Chow. Says Rogen:�“[The studio heads] have every intention on making it, and assuming we’re able to hire a new director in the upcoming weeks, which seems like a distinct possibilty [sic], it should still hit the release date.”�In the meantime, Harry at�AICN�insists that his sources in Chow’s camp say he’s still going forward in the role of Kato, and that his departure was directorial only.

This should be a very cool movie, or at least funny.�

To the surprise of millions Disney dropped the Narnia franchise in December. Fox is picking up the slack and will produce�The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader.

One month after Disney decided to pull the plug on co-financing the third movie in Walden Media’s “Chronicles of Narnia” series, Walden has found a new partner in�20th Century Fox.

Fox, which was entitled to first crack at “The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader” after Disney dropped out because of the shared�Fox Walden�marketing and distribution label, has made a commitment to develop the project. The two sides are still working out budget and script issues, but the hope is to shoot the film at the end of summer for a holiday 2010 release through the Fox Walden label.

Good news for those of us who like these books and movies.�The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader�is one of my favorites in the series.�
