BEST COUNTRY PERFORMANCE BY A DUO OR GROUP – Sugarland – “Stay”

SONG OF THE YEAR – Coldplay – “Viva La Vida”

BEST POP COLLABORATION WITH VOCALS – Robert Plant and Alison Krauss – “Rich Woman”

BEST ROCK ALBUM – Coldplay – Viva La Vida

BEST NEW ARTIST – Adele

RECORD OF THE YEAR – Robert Plant and Alison Krauss – “Read This Letter”

BEST MALE POP VOCAL – John Mayer – “Say”

BEST RAP ALBUM – Lil’ Wayne – The Carter III

ALBUM OF THE YEAR – Robert Plant and Alison Krauss – Raising Sand

Other notable strong wins were 3 more for Lil’ Wayne, who took home trophies for “A Milli” (Best Rap Solo Performance), “Lollipop” (Best Rap Song), and for his role in the “Swagga Like Us” Quad-fecta (for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group).

Alicia Keys took home another Grammy for her track “Superwoman” (Best Female R&B Vocal Performance), as did both Estelle and Kanye West for their collaboration “American Boy” (Best Rap/Sung Collaboration).

Carrie Underwood added another trophy to her mantel with “Last Name” (Best Female Country Vocal Performance) while Radiohead took home the top acolade for Best Alternative Album for In Rainbows.
