While the rumors are swirling that a violent fight between couple Chris Brown and Rihanna prevented the two from appearing at tonight’s Grammy Awards in LA, the details show that the woman in-question is in fact a still-unidentified woman (and not Rihanna) who claims the R&B singer assaulted her as a verbal argument became physical outside of a vehicle.� Brown was booked this evening around 7PM after walking into a Los Angeles police station, and is being held on $50,00 bond.

Police say the 19-year-old singer and a woman were in a vehicle in the Hancock Park neighborhood early Sunday when they began arguing, and the argument escalated when they got out of the car.

My theory? The reported victim is simply a girl Brown has/had been seeing on the side of his well-publicized romance with Grammy-nominated Rihanna. The above picture shows Brown rehearsing just two days ago at a Grammy rehearsal.
