Nicky Hilton was reportedly involved in a minor altercation with a homeless man in West Hollywood on Sunday.�� The man “allegedly pushed her to the ground outside an IHOP.”

Not about to stand for that, Nicky went all badass on the dude:

Law enforcement sources say after being pushed down, Nicky got right back up and made a citizen’s arrest, actually holding the assailant at bay until the cops showed up. When police did arrive, the bum allegedly told them he was Hilton’s best friend.

This homeless guy must have been either seriously drunk or a teeny tiny midget, because how else could Nicky have restrained him?� She doesn’t have enough strength in those noodly arms to hold a butterfly at bay.

And wait – what’s Nicky Hilton doing hanging out at IHOP – even one in West Hollywood?!?
