‘Green Lantern’ Gets a Release Date
The Green Lantern finally has an official release date. December 17, 2010.
Indeed, the movie does not yet have a star, or much of anything in terms of development. But ERC Box Office notes that Warner Bros. wanted to lock down the holiday release, to stay away from other summer superheroes like Iron Man 2, Thor and, uh,The Green Hornet.
Now they just have to make the darn thing. They better get cracking!

IM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS MOVIE. I LOVE THE GREEN LANTERN AND THE GREEN RING!!!!! ITS GOING TO BE AMAZING!!!!! I CREATED THE GREEN LANTERN GANG IN MY WOODS CLASS AT SCHOOL AND ITS AWESOME!!!!!! WE ARE ALL GOING TO THE PREMEIR TOGETHER!!!!!!
