Julia Louis-Dreyfus And Her Abs Cover Shape Magazine

julia-louis-dreyfus-shape-magazine

Whaaaaa? Who knew Julia Louis-Dreyfus aka Elaine Benes from Seinfeld aka Christine Campbell on The New Adventures of Old Christine had a body like this?  She covers the April 2009 issue of Shape looking a hell of a lot younger than her 48 years.

She tells the magazine how she keeps her amazing figure:

“I have to work at not being fat.  I’m always trying different things to see what sticks.  I feel like I deserve a treat when I work hard,” she says. “It’s important to give yourself a little of what you really want so you don’t feel like you’re in food prison.”

Her favorite temptations?  Chocolate – and bacon.

“I have a chocolate drawer in my desk where I keep treats at all times.  As long as I can have one or two pieces, I’m fine.  [ But] my biggest food vice is bacon.  In fact, I don’t keep bacon in my house — that would be way too tempting.”

You mean if I cut out bacon I’d look this good?  Just kidding.  I might look like that if I ate nothing but celery and air, but that probably wouldn’t even be enough.  Nonetheless, Julia can be an inspiration to all women who are of a certain age – like, any age.  You go, girl!
