Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were spotted leaving a Synagogue in Knightsbridge, having spent around one hour inside, which have sparkled the rumors the couple might be planning a �secret� lesbian wedding soon. They spent most of their afternoon in and out of the Synagogue; you have to wonder what they were really doing in there!

According to WENN, Lindsay was raised as a catholic while Samantha is Jewish so London just might be the perfect place for a couple of lesbians to get their blessings.

The pair visited the Westminster Synagogue, in the city’s exclusive Knightsbridge area, on Friday (27Feb09) afternoon. Faith officials at the religious building is known for providing marriage blessings to couples of mixed faiths, providing the couple has already enjoyed a civil wedding ceremony.

Although the synagogue’s stance on same-sex unions is not known, gay marriages have been legal in the U.K. since the introduction of civil partnerships in 2004.

If marriage is what they want, Lindsay and Samantha should definitely legalize their situation. I’m not sure it can be seen as an official marriage in the US but what really matter is how they feel and the commitment they made to each other. Linds and Sam have been dating since 2008 and have recently become engaged.
