Jessica Simpson was out with some friends, bar hopping in New York City wearing this cute outfit.  Amanda Bynes was seen at an event in NYC wearing the same Herve Leger mini.  Who wore this sexy leg-baring outfit best?  Jessica or Amanda??

I personally don;t really like the look at all.  But, if I had to choose, I would give it to Amanda Bynes.  I like the top she’s got it matched up with….and that let’s her get away with it.  But, of course Jessica looks way better in this than in those terrible “mom jeans”!
