Miley Cyrus‘ heart literally beats faster than everyone else. Miley has tachycardia, meaning that her heart rate exceeds the range of a normal resting heart rate. She has admitted that sometimes when she performing it makes her nervous.

“The type of tachycardia I have isn’t dangerous. It won’t hurt me, but it does bother me. There is never a time onstage when I’m not thinking about my heart.”

That would have to be a hard thing to always think about, especially with Miley being so young. You should be able to enjoy yourself and not worry about your heart beating faster all the time. My heart skips a beat sometimes and it makes me feel funny, I can only imagine how Miley feels.
