Kelly Osbourne has been engaged to her fiance, model Luke Worrall, since November.  However, if her parents have their way, we won’t be hearing wedding bells in the near future.

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have banned Kelly from marrying for at least another five years.  Sharon “insists she needs to grow up before she can even think about marriage.”

“Neither of them is ready for domestic bliss right now.”

Kelly seems to agree.

“I’d become one of those cracked out housewives with a vacuum cleaner, hopped up on Dexedrine.”

I think this is so smart.  Kelly is only 24.  By the time she’s closer to 30 she’ll have her head much more firmly on her shoulders.  Plus, she just got out of rehab – for the third time.  She needs to get herself healthy and clean before she actually marries anyone!
