Twitter addict extraordinaire John Mayer is saying Twitter is silly and dump. YES, the tweeting bird, who reportedly got dumped by Jennifer Aniston for his addiction, is completely mad at Twitter now. NOW that he got dumped for it… I would be mad too!

“It’s inherently silly and it’s inherently dumb. If you really think that Twitter is the pathway to spiritual enlightenment, well…It’s one step away from sending pictures of your poop.”

“I’ve always communicated at a high level as best I can whether it’s Twitter, Napster or message boards or wherever,” Mayer said. “I don’t have a devotion to Twitter. I didn’t sell out to Twitter. You do Twitter until everybody gets off of Twitter and it’s something else you go and try out.”

For someone who tweets like there’s no tomorrow I would say John sounds quite ungrateful to all his 409K followers, who feed is need to be heard! I have to confess I follow him and I get a good laugh out of it… John can be funny!!
