Michelle Rodriguez has been busy promoting her movie Fast and the Furious. I can’t wait to see everyone back for this one.

I miss Michelle on Lost, I loved her character, and how she turned on everyone was awesome. But this season I’m having a hard time following all the new things they keep adding. Are they on the island or off the island, or in the present or in the past? I guess I’m not the only one that feels that way. Michelle does too…

“You know I am tired of coming up with theories, because every single time I come up with a damn theory you know, there goes (creator) J.J. Abrams to pop that theory and turn it to (garbage),” she said. “So am just gonna keep shut and wait for the answer. You know, patiently like the rest of the world.”

I don’t know if I am being patient. I’m so tempted to just read the spoilers about the show. But even if I did it wouldn’t be a sure thing.

Despite a good routine for her dance-off last night, America hates Denise Richards enough that she was sent home from Dancing with the Stars. Here’s what she told press after the show wrapped:

“I really didn’t think I was going. I wished I lasted longer. The audience response was so gracious and so great. Everyone was very, very supportive. I’m just so happy for everyone else who gets to continue, and who would’ve thought that Steve and Karina would be in? I’m so happy for them. He loves the show and is having fun.”

Wow, that was just a little but of a backhanded compliment, eh? No word on whether Maksim Chmerkovskiy has begun his whining yet.

Jessica Biel was spotted going out for lunch at Orso restaurant in Beverly Hills yesterday. There are rumors that Justin Timberlake and her have broken up. But judging by her composure I might think it’s true.

A source blabbed to the The Chicago Sun-Times that,

“Things are not going as smoothly as [Biel and Timberlake] would want people to think they are.”

And you know how it is with the gossip world. One person tells one person and the whole world knows. I think they are a cute couple together. I hope it isn’t true.

Lovebirds Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt hit The Ivy last night for dinner with her parents, Richard and Kathy Hilton. Supposedly, Paris feels that Doug is the one she wants to make babies with and is planning on keeping all her dresses for their daughters. And maybe Doug wanted some time more with the ‘rents so they like him when he pops the question in the near future. Apparently they like to keep the parents around- his mom accompanied them to Hawaii a couple weeks ago.

I wonder what Lauren Conrad & Amanda Bynes think of this coupling? What a weird set of women to date- LC, Miss Bynes and Paris Hilton. They are so opposite! But not as opposite as Doug and Benji Madden.

Though Simon Cowell told her she’d always be a back-up singer when she was on American Idol, Jennifer Hudson still loves the show and is making a return this season.

The Grammy- and Oscar-winning actress, singer and “Idol” alum is scheduled to tape a performance in front of the studio audience on Wednesday after the live broadcast has ended, says a person close to the show who did not want his or her name used because the person was not authorized to speak to reporters.

This will be the first time Jennifer has performed on Idol since the tragic murders of her family members. She is totally a class-act and I can’t wait to see it!

Nijah Harris was cut on last week’s episode of America’s Next Top Model, essentially just for being a total bore. Here are highlights from an interview she did about her feelings on the last photo shoot, her future plans, and her beef with Sandra.

Could you just talk a little bit about the difficulties you had with that last photo shoot? You said that it was more difficult modeling with a partner than you thought it would be.
Nijah: Oh yes. When you’re working with a partner not only do you have to [if you are creating] a good group picture, but you also have to make sure you don’t get lost. You wanna make sure you connect with your partner. Me and my partner, we were fine, we got along. But at that particular moment in time we couldn’t quite click together and quite get something going at the same time.

And not only that, but for some reason I just wasn’t quite feeling it myself that day. I don’t know if it was because of the actual theme we got, or what it was, but yeah…

You were down to the final two where it was just you and [Allison, a 20-year-old artist from New Orleans, LA], did you have any sense about whether you were going home or not?
Nijah: I was not expecting to go home so early, but when I got down to the bottom two with Allison I wasn’t really sure how it was gonna go down, like wow. Because they really like Allison (unintelligible) and she has had her picture called out first before, so I was like “Oh, wow (Laughs).”

What are you up to now? Are you going to continue pursuing modeling?

Nijah: Oh most definitely! I love modeling, that is my passion. Just the runway itself, ooh it gives me the chills just every time I think about it. Yes, I’m going to pursue modeling, even though I’m not in school right now I want to enroll next semester. I figure if [Tyra Banks] can go to UCLA and become a supermodel. than I can do it to.

What are you going to study?
Nijah: Probably nursing, I’m not exactly sure but yeah, I’ll probably go into nursing school.

How did you feel about  [Sandra, a 19-year-old student from Rockville, MD]?
Nijah: (Laughs) Not my favorite girl in the house. We did have our own little [disagreements] in the house, but I guess they weren’t big enough to get shown on TV (Laughs). I don’t know, my whole deal with her was that I was gonna let her know how I feel, and then after that I was not gonna keep discussing her. What is said is said and I don’t think I need to keep going on and on about it.

Real Housewife of New York Bethany Frankel thinks that the book she wrote is so good that everyone in America will lose weight- even Oprah Winfrey.

“I never thought about writing a book, but I figured out how to be thin and not obsessed, and I was like, ‘Wow,’ so I had to write about it,” Frankel told Fox News. “I know how much my friends and I struggled. All I talked about was what I ate and I worked out all the time.

“Women in America are going to be thinner because of this book,” adding that even Oprah Winfrey – who recently admitted she weighed 200 pounds – “is going to be thinner… Nobody needs to freak out anymore.”

Her book, Naturally Thin: Unleash Your SkinnyGirl and Free Yourself from a Lifetime of Dieting, shares such insider secrets as balancing your diet and watching your portions. Wow!! No word on whether Oprah has picked up a copy.

Blake Lively was on the David Lettermen show last night in this amazing pink/purple dress. It changes color depending on the angle you look at it at.

Blake started the interview off with telling David that Julia Roberts and her were going to take him to a polygamist colony and marry him. I guess she has always had a childhood crush on the both of them. David acted a bit awkward but we all know he has to like a young girl like Blake hitting on him.

Blake also mentions that she is off next week as the show goes on hiatus for the season. They really have worked hard to make up for the writer’s strike last year. I hope she enjoys Disneyland when she goes next week.

Robin Williams‘ doctors say he is recovering well following his aortic heart valve replacement surgery.  The Sun UK reports that the comedian “was making medics laugh just two hours” after waking up from anesthesia.

The surgery was performed at a hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.  He was diagnosed with a valve problem after becoming ill while on tour in Florida.

Good wishes for Williams’ recovery continue!

Amy Winehouse is back from the Carribean where she apparently found time to work on some new music while she wasn’t parading around in weird looking bikinis.   She was “very productive [and] wrote a lot of songs,” but her record label doesn’t like them one bit.

“She seems to have ditched her trademark vintage soul sound and is now heavily influenced by reggae. Her bosses don’t think it’s a wise move to change her style so sharply and have told her that.”

Writing reggae songs while you’re in the Carribean- how original.  But not only has she gone rasta, she’s gotten all dark and gloomy too.

“The lyrics are very dark indeed. While she’s known for her conversational style and has been very successful with it, many of the tracks are near the knuckle.  In the past, she’s written frequently about broken hearts and boyfriends, but this time round she’s delving into harrowing terrain.”

Amy has had plenty of reasons lately to write darker songs.  Most of them self-wrought, of course.   But of course her label wants her music to sell, sell, sell!   And I still can’t get over the reggae thing.
