Vivica A. Fox wowed at the premiere of her new movie Shark City at the Regent Showcase Theatre in Los Angeles.  The actress chose to walk the red carpet in a white tuxedo style suit with little underneath – and pretty much left nothing to the imagination.

I love this outfit.  White is amazing on Vivica, and all her accessories are perfect.  I especially dig her sparkly metallic clutch!  Although there is no doubt that her cleaveage – the ultimate accessory, no? – steals the show.

I’m still depressed about Katie Holmes and her hair being short again. I loved her long hair. But Katie didn’t disappoint me yesterday when she left a dance studio in Los Angeles. The leggings on her I understand but the pant thing she put on over top confuses me.

Maybe Lindsay Lohan should take note for her next leggings line. I can see this catching on. Confusing people makes them spend money on crazy things. Or even if Katie and Lindsay got together and designed something together. I may be on to something.

Kelly Osbourne has been engaged to her fiance, model Luke Worrall, since November.  However, if her parents have their way, we won’t be hearing wedding bells in the near future.

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have banned Kelly from marrying for at least another five years.  Sharon “insists she needs to grow up before she can even think about marriage.”

“Neither of them is ready for domestic bliss right now.”

Kelly seems to agree.

“I’d become one of those cracked out housewives with a vacuum cleaner, hopped up on Dexedrine.”

I think this is so smart.  Kelly is only 24.  By the time she’s closer to 30 she’ll have her head much more firmly on her shoulders.  Plus, she just got out of rehab – for the third time.  She needs to get herself healthy and clean before she actually marries anyone!

Ugly Betty star America Ferrera flashed a smile for the camera on set of the famous TV show in Manhattan, New York yesterday (March 20). I’m happy they didn’t cancel show. I’m not exactly an avid fan but I do like my Ugly Betty fix on the weekends.

Rumors say Ugly Betty’s future was at risk because of America’s diva attitude. Apparently this started after Lindsay Lohan’s special appearance on the show had to be cut back to four episodes instead of the six planned because America couldn’t stand her. I can’t see America being a diva, she seems to be such a sweet girl.

Reality star Kendra Wilkinson is enraged by blogs claiming she is a fake so she decided to show off her baby photos to prove to everyone she is (or used to be!) a natural blonde. [When I said flashes, I meant her pictures!! ]

Kendra blogs: “Here are a few pics of me when I was little, just to prove to you that I haven’t changed much and to show everyone a little bit about the young KDubs hahaha!

To all the blogs out there that are always calling me a fake blonde — here’s proof that I AM originally a NATURAL blonde!!!”

The natural blonde concept might be debatable. I was blonde when I was a kid, I grew up, my hair got darker and I’m no longer a blonde but instead a very proud hot brunette.

What I mean is people change… and we can obviously tell Kendra’s current hair color is definitely fake. It’s possible Kendra is a dark blond and she colors her hair to lighten it up… I see no shame in doing that. It doesn’t make Kendra any less hot or a less cute baby!! Aww… she was cute!!

Miley Cyrus has put her foot down and decided that she won’t be the next teen pregnant. She says that she wants to wait until much later to ‘blow up like a house’.

“I don’t want to have kids and lose my figure really young. I don’t want to blow up to the size of a house. Definitely not right now. I’m only 16. Maybe 20 years down the road.”

This sounds very insulting to me. I get upset when I hear that kids think that you will ruin your figure if you have kids. This isn’t a great example to be setting. There are lots of women out there like Heidi Klum and Victoria Beckham that look amazing and they have had many children.

Miley also she doesn’t plan on getting married anytime soon because that’s what her mom did.

“My mom got married when she was really young and that was great for her, but for me I don’t think so.”

I will be interested to see if this actually plays out the way she says. Time will tell.

Actress Angelina Jolie continues to film her upcoming spy thriller “Salt” in New York. Hot momma Angie, who recently asked for more daring stunt scenes to be cut back, was spotted wearing a black wig and a nice pair of handcuffs while being escorted by police officers.

In the meantime there are rumors flying around about trouble in paradise for Angie and Brad Pitt. Undisclosed sources have recently reported Angelina was seen at a bar alone. On the other hand Angelina is also rumored to be pregnant. We don’t know what to believe or who to believe but it’s all probably not true.

Phoebe Price is definitely desperate for attention! The attention seeker was caught by the paparazzi out and about getting her daily gossip fix when she just flashed them her big lips! I have no clue what Phoebe’s message is or why the paparazzi are still taking pictures of her… it must be her horrible fashion sense!!

Liv Tyler was out in Los Angeles on Friday dressed in all black.  From her SUV to her strappy sandals, it was all black.  No, her nails were sexy red. Nice.

Liv was going to a childcare office for a meeting.  We can assume it was regarding her son, Milo.  She looked quite happy, so it must have been a good thing.

We haven’t seen much of Liv lately.  Nothing since The Increible Hulk.  I guess she has been busy in her ‘mommy role’.  That’s the most important one anyway and I think it rocks that she’s enjoying it!

Jaime Pressly is beyond funny on the NBC comedy, My Name Is Earl.  She plays a super over the top trailer trash southerner, Joy. HILARIOUS.  If you haven’t watched the show, you have to give it a chance just to watch her.  Jaime is nothing like her character in real life and I guess that just proves her talent.

Jaime is covering Redbook for the April 2009 issue and she looks gorgeous.  Here are some highlights:

You’ve always had a foul-mouthed, take-no-prisoners, just-one-of-the-boys persona on the set of Earl. Is that different now that you’re a mother?
Are you kidding, lady? I’m so one of the boys on the show! Lord, yes. Why stop the fun? I had a child; I didn’t die. [Costars] Jason Lee and Ethan Suplee are like my brothers. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have gotten through my pregnancy. They’re both fathers, and they were very understanding. When I got pregnant, they already knew I was a spitfire, so they were all a little afraid. I had my emotional moments. But no crazy yelling or anything like that. Honestly, when you’re surrounded by people who are supportive, you don’t feel like you need to explain yourself, therefore you don’t act out.

At the shoot today, your son seemed like quite the talker. What are his favorite utterances?
[Jaime imitates Dezi by smacking her forehead] “Oh, maaaannnn.” He got that from Dora the Explorer. Mommy was his first word — which I loved. He got Dada soon after. For a while he spoke more Spanish than English because Eric is Cuban. There’s lots of “aqui, aqui” and “comida, Mami,” when he wants to eat. He can count to 10 in English. In Spanish, though, he really likes the word cinco. He’ll say, “Uno, dos, tres, quatro,” then “cinco, cinco, cinco.” He’s a really smart kid, really animated, lots of personality.

Last November, you and Eric split up. How does the parenting arrangement work now?
I have full custody, but when he’s in town, Eric comes and sees Dezi every day. Dezi’s too young right now to go overnight. But Eric’s very much a part of his life; he’s a great father. We make sure that no matter what happens, Dezi is okay and protected and knows that Mom and Daddy love him. We’ve never argued in front of him. We don’t raise our voices around him.
