I think the world today has an unrealistic view of what is a healthy body type. I even went to the mall the other day and noticed how horrible the views are in the real world. My Name Is Earl star, Jaime Pressly, is coming forward in her new autobiography to tell how life was back when she was a model.

She said she was so desperate to be a model that she lived on bread and water.

“I created an easy and foolproof diet – two English muffins a day and water. It was one English muffin, but I counted it as two … after I’d split it open,” Pressly writes.  When that plan failed, she decided purging was the way to go. Luckily, a pal pulled her away from the toilet with some tough love. Looking back, Pressly says, “I can’t believe I ever did that.”

I’m glad that Jaime can talk about it in hopes that others won’t end up like her. Not eating and puking is not cool.

Charlize Theron says that she is unimpressed with her Oscar since it won’t clean up around the house.

“Look it doesn’t vacuum, it doesn’t wash the dishes, it doesn’t do stuff like that, but it’s definitely an honor.”

Charlize won a Best Actress Oscar for her performance in Monster. She gained weight especially for that role so she could look more like serial killer, Aileen Wuornos. I think she absolutely rocked that performance.

If I won an Oscar I would sleep with it every night for the rest of my life, and when I died I would want it buried with me.

Jessica Simpson, who recently confessed she had been in an abusive relationship, sent a special message for victims of abuse at a concert in Phoenix last Thursday.

Before singing “Remember That”, Jessica said: “In love, we all go through a lot of things, and a lot of things unfortunately make us stay there [in the relationship],” she told the crowd at the Cricket Wireless Pavilion. “No matter what you go through in life, no matter what abuse you go through, take your heart and run so far away.”

The country singer has never talked about what type of abuse she suffered or who was the abuser but to every woman out there it’s important to know they are not alone. Even celebrities are victims of abuse – Chris Brown/Rihanna abuse scandal is the most recent and hyped case in the media. Rihanna, hear Jessica!! Run away!!

It is not easy being as popular and famous as the self-proclaimed first supermodel, Janice Dickinson!! Janice was walking back to her car in the Sunset Plaza when she was harassed by the eager awaiting photographers trying to take pictures down her shirt (and probably up her skirt too!).

According to WENN, Janice completely flipped at one of the photographers when he asked if she has had a sex change operation. Blasphemy!! The 54 year-old woman probably has way too many cosmetic surgeries in her resume but she is still a sexy hot grandma!!

Taylor Momsen, who plays Jenny on Gossip Girl, attended the launch of Carrera Vintage Sunglasses in New York City on Friday night. I am so glad that Taylor’s hair has grown back longer.

I can’t wait to see what happens to her character in the new shows starting on Monday. Will her and Nate get together finally? And will she still be an outcast at school?

We have learned earlier there was an arrest warrant issue for Lindsay Lohan due to the failure to comply with court orders from her DUI arrest in 2007. Lindsay has told Perez exclusively, the reports were not true and it was just another way to damage her public image and career.

Lindsay says, “This warrant for my arrest is completely fabricated and it’s a horrendous lie. This will make me loose every single deal that I have right now. It’s horrible.”

It seems like Lindsay completely lied or is just too oblivious to acknowledge the news since the Beverly Hills Police have confirmed the existence of this arrest warrant. In the statement they advice the actress to surrender:

“In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”

Lindsay’s weekend just got worse! I predict it wouldn’t take too long for the cops to find her whereabouts or for her to surrender and save herself from the public humiliation.

What a shockingly sad story.  TMZ reports that A Cleveland Brown star has possibly hit and killed someone in Miami.

NFL wide receiver, Donte Stallworth, is being questioned by Miami Beach police after allegedly hitting a pedestrian as he was driving his Bentley earlier this morning. The unidentified victim died shortly thereafter.

Police tell TMZ, they have taken blood samples from Stallworth to see if he has any drugs or alcohol in his system. It’s unclear what circumstances caused the accident.

Stallworth is currently on a seven year, $35 mil contract with the Cleveland Browns.

Once all the details are released on who the victim was, this is going to get more sad and really ugly. The victim’s family is going to want Donte to pay.

Do you think Stallworth was drinking?  Do you think he will actually have to pay the price for his crime or will he get off because of his ‘star status’?

Ok, when I saw the title of this story on Extra, I was jumping for joy.  Then I actually read it and sat back down.

Eleven million people tuned in last night to see George Clooney and Julianna Margulies return to “ER” before the season finale on April 2. Is a spinoff in the works?

The dreamy John Stamos is rumored to be starring in show. Stamos joked with “Extra’s” Dayna Devon about who George could play — his dad! But is this for real?

“Extra” was on the set of “ER” earlier today and went to the source to find out if there was any truth behind the spinoff rumors. The show’s producers say nope, not gonna happen!

Of course George Clooney wouldn’t star on a spinoff, he’s way too huge now.  But, John Stamos could start it off.  I wish it had been true…

American Idol Kelly Clarkson has always been overweight and she has become a superstar! Kelly doesn’t believe her weight had any bad influence when she started on the famous talent show. She believes people will always love her, no matter what size and shape.

She said: “I feel very fortunate coming from ‘American Idol’. I was the biggest girl in the group. I’ve always been thicker and millions of people voted for me. People are born all different shapes and sizes. People like me this way.”

Yes, we love Kelly because she is talented and very down to earth normal girl. But it’s not ok for her to say it doesn’t matter if you are overweight or not. The country has a lot of overweight children, who suffer every day for their parents’ reckless unhealthy lifestyle, and they should be told it’s not healthy or good to be overweight!

Brad Pitt is a great daddy.  Being the mega star that he is I wouldn’t be surprised to see him letting a nanny raise his kids.  But, Brad is a hands on dad and I think it’s great.  Putting your kids first and simply loving them is what good parenting is all about.

Brad was in New York with two of his sons, Maddox and Pax.  The boys really enjoy this fun, alien themed restaurant, Mars 2112 so daddy took them there for some quality guy time.

Way to go Brad.  I can really appreciate the time you put into your kids.
