Steve Wozniak has united the nerds this year on Dancing with the Stars, but landed the lowest score on Monday night’s first performance show. Now the pressure’s on more than ever for him and hot partner Karina Smirnoff, but an injury could set him back even further.

The “Dancing” competitor was spotted with a removable cast on his left leg, allegedly due to a foot fracture.

The good news: ET has confirmed with an ABC spokesperson that Steve will still be competing. His doctor has advised caution and he is to wear his cast as much as possible and rest his foot whenever he can.

Steve has vowed that next week’s performance will be “wild and fast, and all-over and crazy and fun, just like the first one.”

What’s the deal with season 8 injuries? Jewel, Nancy O’Dell, Gilles Marini and now The Woz! While some claim it’s “a curse”, I really just think the celebs are putting too much pressure on themselves to outdo each other and casts from seasons before. It’s just supposed to be fun, guys!!

We all know that Denise Richards is hot, but the girl has proven that she’s pretty much a nut-job. On her canceled, then brought back to life reality show “It’s Complicated“, she spends more time cursing and looking for naked work with Playboy than she does parenting her kids. But her Dancing with the Stars partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy sees something sweet inside that hard package:

“She is so kind,” Chmerkovskiy tells PEOPLE. “I am not a morning person –- our rehearsals are early for me, at 9 a.m. Denise brings me a fresh cup of coffee to practice every day. Sometimes she’ll make a nice sandwich for me and bring it from home.”

“Denise is so dedicated to this show,” says Chmerkovskiy. “I don’t see any difference between how hard she works compared to working with [past partners] Misty [May-Treanor] and Laila [Ali].”

And as for all that crying-drama in the footage last week?

“Those video packages are edited for drama,” Chmerkovskiy explains. “The real thing is that the celebrities in season 6 and 7 and 8 put so much pressure on themselves. They feel like they have to outdo the celebrities from the season before.”

Former Police frontman Sting is launching a new business venture:  vintner!

This September, 30,000 bottles of a 2007 Sangiovese from Sting’s estate in Tuscany, Italy, will go on sale.    He also plans to release a 2008 Chianti.

I wonder whether these wines will be any good?  I might just have to check them out… for research purposes, of course, right?!

Beyonce appears on the cover of Ebony‘s April 2009 issue looking particularly fierce.   In the cover article, she spills a bit about life with husband Jay-Z, and her youthful vision of retiring at age 21.

On what drives her hubby crazy:

“I’m a little messy. Oh, yeah. Whenever I’m out in public, I have to be put together. When I get home, I rebel against it and I don’t want to take care of anything. I drop it. I’m relaxed. I don’t have any shoes on. No makeup. My shoes are left at the door. My purse is in the kitchen. I think that is the most difficult thing for him. He’s very, very organized.”

On her statement to Ebony some years ago that she would retire at age 21:

“That sounded completely ambitious and ridiculous” back then, she says now, adding that she actually could have quit at that young age. But she says, “I’ve worked so hard on my craft, and I will never stop. I will never retire. I love it way too much.”

Reese Witherspoon has been busy promoting her movie, Monsters VS Aliens (where she lends her voice to a character), that she got sometime off to spend with her boyfriend, Jake Gyllenhaal to take in the sights. The happy couple ended up seeing the art exhibits at Museo Nacional del Prado (Prado Museum) in Madrid, Spain today.

No matter what anyone says, I like these two together.

Blake Lively has managed to stay under the radar of the media. Especially now that she’s dating her co-star, Penn Badgley. People seem to leave her alone now. I guess that’s a good thing so then she can be free to live her life.

Blake says that she won’t end up like Britney Spears and will only surround herself with people she trusts.

“I’m trying to avoid all the excessive aspects of this business. So many young actors make mistakes and they do it in front of the cameras. I mean Britney was dating a paparazzo! If she wasn’t Britney Spears, would he have been with her? That’s why it’s important to me to surround myself with people I trust.”

But she insists that she doesn’t think of herself as a celebrity as all.

“I’m still pretty normal. I don’t see myself as a celebrity. I like cooking – I’m a bit of a Nigella Lawson. I don’t hang out at nightclubs, although I enjoy going to cool restaurants. But reading in cafes is more my style. This is the happiest I’ve ever been.”

I hope that she’ll be around for a long time on Gossip Girl. I love that show!

Check out this clip from the new film Fast & Furious starring Paul Walker and Vin Diesel. 

Looks like nothing but more of the same. I really hope this one has a good script, the last one in the franchise (Tokyo Drift) was ridiculous.
