Katy Perry is taking almost all off for the latest issue of Esquire magazine in this photo spread. Actually, the photo shoot is pretty sexy and I have nothing but nice things to say about it. I think that Katy should adopt more of this style instead of some of the crazy outfits she wears…like at the Grammys.

One thing that makes Katy so popular is the media, I admit it…I like to talk about her too. In the interview with Esquire she talks about how she’s dealing with the media attention…

I don’t ever do anything to try and bring it upon myself. There are ten thousand other restaurants besides the Ivy. I’m not obsessed with getting my picture taken. You know, there’s just so much taken out of context. There’s so much nit-picking. I turned my data alerts off.

Katy, we love you…that’s why we talk about you.

Miley Cyrus was leaving her private pilates lesson in Los Angeles on Tuesday and stopped for a quick picture with a tiny tot leaving his karate class.

How cute is the little dude?  Adorable.  I think he wasn’t too sure of who she was, but I am sure the parents already have this photo framed.

Miley looked good wearing her comfy sweats and Uggs.  I think she always looks her best when she’s leaving the gym.

Anne Heche gave birth to a baby boy, Atlas this weekend.  The little guy weighed in at 6lbs 12oz and is doing great.  This is the first child for Anne and her boyfriend James Tupper.

Anne’s son, Homer who is 7 will be a very helpful big brother.

The now mother to 2 boys has her latest film, Spread coming out in July.

Set in modern day Los Angeles, Spread is a hard biting story about a high-end lethario, Nikki (Ashton Kutcher), who has slept his way into a life of privilege. He shares his secrets with us as he hosts parties and beds scores of women, all while living it up at the Hollywood Hills home of a middle-aged female attorney, Samantha (Anne Heche). Everything is going swimmingly until Nikki meets a gorgeous waitress named Heather (Margarita Levieva), who, unbeknownst to him, is playing the same game that he is. As the truth of their life unravels, they find themselves sexually charged by a game of one-upsmanship that has them dining at fine restaurants and crashing posh parties, until the truth of their lives forces them to choose between love and money. Inspired by classics like Shampoo, Breakfast at Tiffanys, and America Gigolo, Spread profiles a sexual grifter and his prey.

Sounds like a good one!! I look forward to seeing it.

This heartbreaking story continues.  Reality star, Jade Goody went home yesterday to spend her final days out of the hospital and in her home where she can be with her boys and loving husband.   It breaks my heart every time I read anything about Jade or see a picture.  It’s so unfair.  The boys need their mom and they will have this terrible heartache for the rest of their lives.

Publicist Max Clifford said today on BBC Breakfast: ‘She’s very fragile the pictures in the papers tell their own story.

‘But she’s so happy to be home, as it means she can spend as much time as she has left with her boys.

I am very glad that the doctors let her go home.  That is what I would want too.  I hate hospitals.  You want to be surrounded by those you love, not a sterile hospital staff.

TV Guide talked to Kyra about the upcoming, new season of The Closer that is coming this summer.  It looks like there will be some good new twists and changes.

Last we saw The Closer ’s Deputy Chief Brenda Johnson and FBI Special Agent Fritz Howard, they had finally tied the knot. Kyra Sedgwick, who plays Brenda, tells TV Guide she’s been gearing up for the series’ June return by imagining the couple’s honeymoon in Italy. “I bet she’s checked out a lot of the time emotionally and going, ‘That person looks suspicious over there.’”

The theme of the upcoming season is change, something Brenda doesn’t exactly handle well. “There are changes within the squad,” previews Sedgwick. “Not everyone is back.” As for internal changes, “There’s Brenda’s struggle of how to be in a marriage when she’s so independent and loves her work so much.”

Upcoming cases involve a Ponzi scheme, a kidnapping and fraud. And Sedgwick hopes to see the return of Brenda’s nemesis, Phillip Stroh, played by Billy Burke. “He got her in such a vivid, vicious way,” she says. “She’s got a real vendetta. I mean big.”

But the biggest question is whether or not kids are on the horizon for Brenda and Fritz. Confirms Sedgwick, “There will be a push to have children.”

I love Kyra and think she does an amazing job, I can’t wait to see what this summer holds!

It’s about time Chris Brown did something right.  The Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards are coming up on March 28th and Chris Brown was nominated by “the kids” prior to his night of beating Rihanna to a pulp.  The network was receiving a lot of pressure to remove the villain form the list.  But, they wouldn’t saying that “the kids” would make the choice through their voting.  I think was total bs and they should have dropped him immediately.  But, thankfully Chris Brown has decided to bow out on his own.

“Chris very much appreciates the support of his fans and the honor they have paid him in the way of nominations for Favorite Male Singer and Favorite Song,” his spokesman said.

“Unfortunately, the controversy surrounding the incident last month has shifted the focus from the music to whether he should be allowed to be among those nominated.”

I am very glad.  He has NO business being  a role model to kids.  I think that he did the right thing, even if was for his own, selfish reasons.   I’ll take it.

Paris Hilton and new love Doug Reinhardt hit the waves during their Hawaiian vacation getaway. The happy couple looked blissful as they exited the water after a scuba diving lesson, and Paris even took time to pose with a local parrot. How nice of her.

Later, she and Doug’s mom even hit up a local mall to do what she does best- spend money in style. Why would a new couple bring a mom along on a romantic getaway? One thing I do know is that they chose someone very different from their ex. Paris’ ex Benji Madden was a tatted up music man, while Doug is a cleaner cut baseball player. Doug’s ex Amanda Bynes was a young, sweet Disney-type star, while Paris is an older bad girl. We wish our best to the new lovebirds!

Always ready for the cameras to catch some PDA action, The Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt worked it for the media last night at Apple Lounge. They were there for the Star Magazine event celebrating the ‘Young Hollywood’ Issue, and were joined by celebs like Jewel, Ty Murray, Gilles Marini, Kristen Cavallari, Kimberly Caldwell, and other hot reality tv stars.

While her sister Holly Montag looked like a prostitute straight off the corner in bright red lipstick, hooker red heels, leather tights and a leopard print shirt, Heidi actually looked somewhat classy in a dress/blazer combo… gasp! Stephanie Pratt also pushed the fashion envelope with a plunging v-neckline and super short skirt. Didn’t she learn you’re only supposed to show off one body part at a time?

I wonder where hot and classy Hills star Lauren Conrad was last night? She’s way more young Hollywood than any Pratt or Montag!

While she’s working towards a comeback via her new sting on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, Lil’ Kim also took time out earlier this year to lend her vocals to the debut single from Asian-American R&B artist Se7en, “Girls” .  I’m not really a fan of her part of the track, but overall, the Darkchild-produced track is catchy, and the video is a good bit of eye candy.

Julianna Margulies attended the 8th Annual Young Audiences New York Awards Benefit event this weekend.  And doesn’t she look pretty, if understated?

Until you see a full length picture of her, that is.

Ugh!  What happened?  This dress is entirely the wrong length for her.  The opaque black tights are too dark and drab – and they hide whatever interesting details her shoes might promise, but you’d never know, because those stockings suck up all the light like a black hole.  (And for the love of all that is holy, who thought it was a good idea to put pockets in evening dresses?!?!)  Seriously, a dress this plain NEEDS something to jazz it up a bit.  Very cool shoes, a belt, some fantastic accessories, a push up bra… SOMETHING.

Her hair and makeup are fabulous, though.  Let’s just keep looking at that first picture, then, shall we?  We can forget we ever saw that full length shot, hmmm?
