‘Real Housewife’ Countess Luann de Lesseps Divorcing her Cheating Count
Luann de Lesseps- perhaps the most pretentious and self-righteous woman I’ve ever seen- is getting a reality check. The Real Housewife of New York and “Countess” (who loves to flaunt her title and demands everyone refer to her by it) has reportedly been cheated on by her Count husband of 16 years and they are now divorcing. Alexandre de Lesseps (who had already been married three times when Luann scooped him up) confirmed his infidelity through an email message. How romantic!
“They decided to separate. She got wind he was seeing somebody and he didn’t answer her when she called,” a close friend told the Post. “He finally sent her an e-mail saying he was with an Ethiopian woman in Geneva and he was serious with her.” …”They have basically lived apart for many years — he lives in Europe and comes and goes as he pleases, but she never thought this would happen,” the friend added.
A representative for Luann confirmed the couple has split but added that they plan to remain close. “It is obviously a very difficult time for the countess and count, but they plan to remain friends and their primary focus will be to do what is best for their two children,” the representative said, according to the Post.
Luann’s friend seemed to confirm the representative’s statements. “It has been very rough for her and the children [Victoria and Noel], but she’s taking the high road and will remain friends with him,” the source told the Post. “She has no intention of making it bitter or becoming angry. She’s just trying to come to terms with [the separation and impending divorce]. She feels this is the ultimate test for her to handle this with dignity and grace.”
Shockingly, Luann plans to keep her title. She kind of has to considering her new etiquette book “Class with the Countess” would be pretty obsolete without it.

I am so sorry to hear about your breakup.. Of all the girls in the New York housewives you are far most the best of all of them. Not only your polite but you also have a good heart. Between Ramona and Betheny who is the most rude and annoying person on the show. Your foolish cheating bastard husband of yours doesn’t deserve you! With Betheny losing Jason, she deserved that!! she is a wacko remember the scene on the first episode when she is having dinner with Jill and her husband and Jason. Jill was just being nice about her birthday and she snap at her saying she will poke her eyes out with a knife who’s a normal person would say such thing. I mean looked at her she is ugly she actually looked like a transvestite along with Ramona who also looked like one. And Ramona my dear you are not pretty keep saying that to yourself and you make me gag every time you say that! Have you looked at the mirror lately? YOUR OLD!!!

Everyone has faults, its a fact.
Every couple has some skeletons in the closet.
The only difference between you chatty people is their’s is on national TV, and yours is not.
It is very easy to point out everyone else’s faults, instead of working on your own life issues.
How about showing her some support rather than picking apart every thing you think she may have done wrong. Remember the media only shows one side of the story.
