I found this a bit interesting.  It is common knowledge that Robert Pattinson is one of the hottest “items” out there right now.  So, why on earth would Saturday Night Live not want him to host a show this season?

Well according to Lorne Michaels (SNL’s head honcho):

“Not this season,” he said at Natural Resources Defense Council 11th annual Forces For Nature benefit in NYC. “We’re all locked in with the hosts for this year.”

Let’s face it.  SNL doesn’t want a dull host for the show.  Robert Pattinson isn’t exactly “funny material” now is he?  Don’t freak out ladies.  You can love him still.  But, you can’t give Rob props for his comedic performances.  Perhaps a cameo would be better suited for the heart throb Twilight Vamp.
