Katie Price is either on drugs or needs some to help with her seriously inflated view of herself!

She claims that she was invited to Buckingham Palace to have lunch with Queen Elizabeth.   But she had to turn down the invitation because she was too busy filming her reality show.

OK, so she was also in the U.S. at the time.  But still.  Katie Price seems like the very last person on earth who would be invited to have lunch with the Queen of England.  I could see her being invited to have lunch with a queen, who would probably want to give her a great deal of fashion and style advice, and that would probably be a good thing.

So is this lunch story true?  Well, we only have Katie’s word to go on, because Buckingham Palace said it was “unable to comment on guest lists for official functions.”
