Miley Cyrus is rocking the cover of Teen Vogue for the May 2009 issue.  If you remember, Miley had a bit of a nip slip during the photo shoot.  But hey, it doesn’t matter!  It turned out beautifully!

Here are some highlights from her interview:

On making the first move: “It doesn’t bother me. I want to know who made up the rules, because the rules are lame.”

On first meeting Justin Gaston: “I walked right by him. Love doesn’t come from attraction, but from somewhere deeper. [Justin] is my best friend.”

On Scarlett Johansson: “[She's] honestly, the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen. I went to He’s Just Not That into You with Justin, and I was covering his eyes.”

On collaborating with Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, or Taylor Swift: “I like to keep my friendship separate. Otherwise, competition starts.”

On Robert Pattinson: “I’m not a huge Rob Pattinson fan. Girls aren’t really in love with Rob; they’re in love with [his Twilight character] Edward.”

I have to disagree with that, girls are SO in love with Robert Pattinson.  I didn’t say it was right, but they are.  I suppose they are drawn to his distinct smell…..
