Geller Excited About ‘Buffy’ Movie

There are talks of a new Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie coming out. And Sara Michelle Geller is all about it.

ShowbizSpy reports that Sarah Michelle Gellar is in talks to reprise her role as Buffy Summers in a film sequel to the hit series which wrapped up a successful seven season run back in 2003.

Insider reports say that the idea for the script has the story picking up with an older Buffy, who might even be a mother. While Gellar is currently busy with other projects, she is excited about the idea.

This is sure to excite all those rabid Buffy fans, personally it’s not all that exciting to me, but I’m not a fan of the Geller

I would love a Buffy movie. In fact have been waiting impatiently for one ever since the tv series debuted. I don’t know about Buffy being a mother. Buffy was already motherly w/ the Dawn character and I was no fan of Dawn. They should pick up where the Season 8 graphic novel leaves off but even better. Like Buffy and Angel getting back together? Please make a movie!

Yes, a Buffy movie would be stellar. However, it MUST have Joss Whedon at the head and ALL THE ORIGINAL CAST. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Otherwise it’ll fall flat.
