Zac Efron Wants To Be Luke Skywalker
Zac Efron was at George Lucas‘ house to film scenes from his movie, 17 Again, that comes out on April 17. And because of the fun he had there he wants to be considered for the role of Luke Skywalker when they bring Star Wars to television.
“There were real stormtrooper outfits, real memorabilia from the movie. There were a lot of valuable things we were wrecking in that house. That element, that nerd part of the film, is right up my alley. I was so at home in that house. I would look at everything for hours. I have pictures with Darth Vader and Chewbacca. George Lucas is doing a Star Wars TV series? Oh man. I’ll have to put in a phone call. Young Skywalker? Yeah… Bring it On!”
I could only imagine how Zac would look as Luke. I am still looking forward to his comedy debut. I am sure Zac is going to take over the world!

I totally agree. I think Zac and his girlfriend Vanessa are the new up and coming couple.
Oh yeah, and then we can replace Han solo with a jonas brother, and Yoda with a FURBY! C’mon folks. Its gonna be a big budget Star Wars show, not a special where forgotten actors can try to be famous again.
