Divorce: Mel Gibson & Wife Robyn Are Over
Mel Gibson’s wife Robyn has filed for divorce. This isn’t a huge surprise knowing that they have been separated for 2 1/2 years (that’s the claim). Of course the reason is ‘irreconcilable differences’. Is it ever anything else?
So after 28 years of marriage, it’s over. Wow. I guess you just think that after that long you’ll be married forever. Sadly that is not the case here.
Robyn I am sure is going to go after as much as she can. Mel Gibson is one wealthy dude. They have 7 kids together and there youngest is turning 10 tomorrow, Happy Birthday Tom! Mom and Dad are getting a divorce! Poor kid.
Mel and Robyn issued this statement:
“Throughout our marriage and separation we have always strived to maintain the privacy and integrity of our family and will continue to do so.”
I don’t think this is going to be very private. Hello, it’s all over the internet already! I hope it isn’t too messy and that they kids don’t hurt too much over it. Stay tuned to Backseat for the latest.
