Well, this version of The Tudors will continue for one more season that will premiere next spring with 10 episodes.  And that is the end of King Henry VIII.

Up next could be ….

“By calling the series The Tudors, we’ve at least given ourselves the possibilities of doing other Tudors. Elizabeth has been done to death, but Mary and Edward haven’t, and even Henry’s father hasn’t.”

As for season four, 10 one-hour eps are planned and will focus on the turbulent relationships with King Henry’s last two wives, Catherine Howard and Catherine Parr, and the leader’s descent into madness.

Sounds good. The Tudors has been well received and I think it’s a great idea to continue with some new “characters”.  What do you think?  Love or hate the show?  Happy that it’s not over?
