Chelsie Hightower gave partner Ty Murray a black eye during rehearsal for the 60′s themed group dance on Dancing with the Stars. I didn’t notice it last night- I guess make-up has great power- and they didn’t even mention in on the show that I saw. Here’s how it went down:

“What happened is that I threw Chelsie into the air during a group rehearsal and her mic pack fell off and hit me in the eye,” the rodeo cowboy said in a statement. “It was bleeding for a little while and is slightly black and blue, but I kept ice on it and it won’t have any effect on our dancing.”

Whoopsy. I am sure Ty has seen much worse in his bull riding career. He’s probably a tough dude, but those darn mic packs are brutal (remember what happened to Steve-O)!  We wish him well!
