As of Friday April 17th advance tickets for the upcoming summer blockbuster Star Trek went on sale. 

May 7 Tickets Will Be Pre-Sold by AMC Theatres, National Amusements, Pacific/ArcLight, Regal & other theatre circuits

HOLLYWOOD, CA (April 16, 2009) –Starting Friday, April 17, many of the nation’s top theater chains will start offering early show tickets for Bad Robot’s production of J.J. Abrams’ “Star Trek,” presented by Paramount Pictures and Spyglass Entertainment.  The tickets are for May 7 evening performances of the film, which debuts worldwide on May 8, 2009. Participating chains include AMC Theatres, National Amusements, Pacific/ArcLight and the Regal Entertainment Group, among others.  Additional theatre chains will offer advance tickets in the coming week.

This movie will probably sell out before opening night, so if you want to see it right away you better get your tickets.

Please tell me she wouldn’t accept it!  Britain’s Got Talent, Susan Boyle sensation has been offered a chance to lose her virginity by doing a porn for Kick Ass Pictures.  What kind of a sick world are we living in?  The porn industry sees an amazingly talented 47 year old woman that’s never even been kissed and decides that she’s the right person to make a porn?  It SO makes me sick.  Those jerks should be ashamed of themselves, but of course their not…look at their profession.  They have no shame.

Remember OctMom being offered a porn gig?  Is this what porn has come to? Women who give birth to multiples and 47 year old virgins?  Give me a freakin’ break.

It’s not a big surprise.  Miley Cyrus’ Hannah Montana: The Movie has done really well bringing in over $56 million in just 10 days.  And so her reign at the box office is over as Zac Efron swoops in with 17 Again at over $24 million for it’s opening weekend.

Congrats on great success to Miley and Zac.  Both movies are being well recieved by fans everywhere.  I cannot wait to see 17 Again, it looks great!

I thought the Twilight dolls were strange enough, but this cannot be for real.  I took one look at these “action figure” dolls and laughed so hard!  The designers over at herobuilers.com came out with these new pieces.  They range in price from $49.95 for one to $89.95 for the set.

The President of the United States of America, Barack Obama looks insane!  His wife Michelle Obama is taller than he is.  Those joints are just plain freaky!  Check out Michelle’s shoes!  They are HUGE!  Maybe J. Crew needs to step in and dress this ‘doll’.

Go ahead and feel free to speak your mind on these um, dolls.  Do you think they will frighten  children?  I know they freak me out.

People really will do anything for money won’t they?  Remember the Oscar sensation, Slumdog Millionaire?  Remember those cute kids in it?  Well, one of those kids in particular has been put on the market, by her father.

Rubina Ali, the nine-year-old girl who was featured prominently in the Oscar winning “Slumdog Millionaire,” was offered up for sale by her father to undercover reporters working for News of the World, the paper is reporting.

The young child star’s asking price was roughly $295,000. According to the paper, the price started off much lower when he first began negotiating the deal. Maybe the father forgot to take DVD sales into account.

Well, now that the s**t has hit the fan, Rubina’s dad has come around saying it’s all a lie and that News of the World made it all up.  I don’t think it’s a lie.  I think he just got some free advertisement so now  Rubina’s price tag can get jacked up.  That guy she be locked up.  This would never fly in America.

John Mayer may seem like a douche but really he is one of the funniest guys ever.  It seems that not everyone can get John out of their head. Lily Allen recently confessed on her Twitter page that she was ‘in love’ with John.

“I think I’m in love with John Mayer. I watched a DVD of one of his concerts last night, on the bus. His guitar playing is mesmerising. Sexy.”

I have to agree with her there. There is something about watching him playing guitar that sucks you in and think that he’s the sexiest guy on the planet. Or maybe he just has us all under a spell?

Tara Reid showed that yes she can still look good. She was spotted at the Coachella Music Festival yesterday drinking various drinks (which probably had no alcohol in them) and braless. I’m not really sure why she bothered to wear a shirt at all when you can see right through that tshirt. What would happen if it suddenly rained? It would be very see through then.

Other gossip sites are really bashing Tara for the way she looks but really they have it wrong. I think besides the see through shirt she looks great. Good job Tara, keep up the good work!

Grey’s Anatomy stars are very busy these days, making babies!  Ellen Pompeo is pregnant with her first baby.  She and her hubby, Chris Ivery will become new parents together.  Now we know why Ellen’s been shopping for baby gear!

Then there’s Chyler Leigh and hubby Nathan West that are having baby #3 in May.

Congrats to all of you guys!  How exciting!   Babies are such blessings and it looks like Grey’s Anatomy will be very blessed….I wonder if it’s in Grey’s water?
