The Hogan family is a big mess! Hulk Hogan admitted to “understand” O.J. Simpson because neither he can handle seeing a younger guy taking advantage of his money and his wife, I mean, ex-wife. Super daughter Brooke Hogan, who stayed on her daddy’s side through the nasty divorce, came to his defense, saying his words were taking out of context.

“I cannot believe how blown out of proportion one small part of a 7-page article has become. It’s a classic case of a quote being taken out of context,” Brooke said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight on Friday.

“I look up to my father in every way,” she says. “He has been through so much and has taken the high road through it all. The idea that he would condone the OJ situation is just outrageous.”

We know Brooke is a bit dense, but those words don’t need a context to be completely wrong. Hulk said it, he didn’t deny it… it should be taken serious: in or out of context, it sounds pretty much like a threat to me!

We’ve got a sneak peek at Ashley Tisdale‘s video for her new single, “It’s Alright, It’s OK.”     She calls it “a big powerful anthem song,” about a girl getting revenge after catching her man cheating.

While Ashley drew on personal experience in writing the song, she is quick to point out that she was cheated on “a long time ago.”

As I am sure you have all seen, Lisa Rinna is covering Playboy for the May 2009 issue.  I never put too much thought into her “prep work” before the shoot.  I suppose if I was going o get naked for the world to see, I’d want to work on my body to get it as perfect as I could.  But, then again…the airbrush artist might do fine without my help.  LOL.  Anyhow, the photographer, Deborah Anderson had to tell Rinna to quit exercising and to EAT.

“She knows that I’m a workout fiend and she said, ‘Lisa, I don’t want you to work out, and I don’t want you to starve yourself before the shoot, because I know you will.”

“At first I was like, ‘Oh, forget it!’ But then I listened to her and said, ‘You know what? I’ve got to trust her. She’s an amazing photographer.’”

“I had to really remind myself every time, and go, ‘It’s OK to eat!’” Rinna tells Us. “She would email me constantly, ‘Are you starving yourself?’ and I would email back, ‘No.’”

Ok.  Wait a minute.  Lisa Rinna has had too much plastic put in her face.  But she certainly has a good body and is in no need of starving!  Isn’t that a little obsessive?  Or a lot?  I thought Lisa wanted to set a good example for her kids…..

Drew Barrymore is starring in tonight’s HBO movie, Grey Gardens where she will age from 18 to 61.  WOW.  Drew was very dedicated to this film and being 100% into the role.

“When I got that cheesecake off my arms every night, I was like ‘Whoo, thank God!,” she said. “Good to know where it’s headed. I appreciate this time.”

“Give 24 hours a day, seven days a week to something. You will never get that time back and if you don’t apply yourself with every single thing you’ve got, you’ll kick yourself.” The other wisdom she took from Edie: “I learned never apologize for being whimsical and being a dreamer.”

Up next is roller derby flick, Whip It! which will starring in and trying on the director’s shoes for the first time. Drew got into great shape for this one.

Her regime includes a combination of yoga, Pilates and weights. “I don’t take it too far,” she said. “I eat what I want. I enjoy. I exercise. I’m healthy. I can’t fall prey to societal bulls—.”

Good for you, Drew!  I have always loved your style both in your real life and on screen.   You never change and that is awesome!

Nicole Richie was snapped out and about enjoying some beautiful weather wearing an amazing dress.  I think that Nicole is getting more gorgeous each day.  Perhaps it’s the ‘bits’ of weight that are adding to hot look.  Nicole definitely has the maternal glow. Is there a tiny boy or girl in there making mommy look so amazing?

Is everyone ready to lay off Nicole and her weight?  She looks amazing.  If she had a weight issue, it would still be affecting her while she’s preggo.  Obviously she looks perfect.

Tennis star Andy Roddick and his Swimsuit model girlfriend, Brooklyn Decker, tied the knot in a beautiful twilight ceremony in Texas on Friday (April 17). Andy and Brooklyn have been dating since 2007 after he saw her in some magazine spread and demanded her number. Ironically Andy married just a month after his former girlfriend, Mandy Moore, said “I Do” to Ryan Adams.

The intimate candlelight celebration was attended by other tennis stars like Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi, and the music was provided by Sir Elton John, according to WENN. Now that is what I call a megastars’ wedding!

Poor Scott Speedman looks so lonely at the 2009 Coachella Music Festival on Friday (April 17) in Indio, California. He used the straw hat to either protect himself from the sun or to hide from the paparazzi. But it looks like they found him.

Scott just finished filming the movie, The Last Rites of Ransom Pride, which is set to be released later this year. I still miss him in Felicity. It was so adorable and cute! And even Greg Grunberg (who is in Heroes now) looks a lot different then he did back then.
