Brooke Hogan Loves Herself

Brooke Hogan Loves Herself

Brooke Hogan has been out of the spotlight for a bit. And in every attempt to be put back she has an interview with OK! magazine where she talks about the best advice from her dad and how she loves herself. The new season of her show comes back in June and her album comes out in July. Here are the highlights.

On always wanting to be a singer: I’ve always been really passionate about music. My dad was, too, before he became a wrestler. I couldn’t see myself doing anything else.

On how you can change from liking guys to liking girls: Oh, totally. You can fall in love with anyone. I naturally migrate toward men first; some people may be more open about it. Personally, it’s not me.

On the best advice from her dad: The best advice he ever gave me is that you’re the only person in charge of your happiness. You can’t depend on other people to make you happy.

On how she feels about her current weight: I feel great at this weight, but I’ve started sticking to a diet again. I’m trying hard to get down even more. You need to keep to the old-school body builder diet of eggs, fish, chicken, meat and broccoli. I want to always look healthy, not anorexic.

On feeling comfortable in a bikini: I do. I love my body. Thick or not, I’m firm. I don’t have cellulite. I’m happy with how I am. People should know, I’m only doing the diet for the entertainment business. It’s not really what you’re supposed to look like in real life.

She also did a photo shoot with them and it shows off how much more comfortable she is with herself. I actually like her reality TV show, Brooke Knows Best.
