Out of loyalty to his fans from the show that made him famous, Chris Daughtry‘s band Daughtry is premiering their brand new single- No Surprise- tonight on American Idol.

“American Idol fans have been so loyal to this band, we wanted to give them the first listen to our new single,” said Daughtry.

Their self-titled first album sold over 4.2 million copies, while their yet-to-be named second album will be released July 14. I can’t wait to see these guys tonight. They are an amazing band, he’s an incredible artist, and I love that he hasn’t forgotten where he came from.
