Hula-hooping champion and Real Housewives of New York cast member Bethenny Frankel showed up to the Kentucky Derby last Saturday looking like a total loon. The dress is cute… but that hat is absolutely ridiculous. There are much cuter, trendier, more flattering hats she could have worn. It looks like she’s playing dress up out of her mom’s closet as a kid.

And the lollipop? Seriously? Working the red carpet sucking on a lollipop? Come on, Bethenny. You’re just asking for it now.
