Carrie Ann Inaba and Ty Murray Speak Out on Lil Kim’s ‘Dancing’ Elimination

Carrie Ann Inaba

Ok, people. Let’s get a handle on things. Dancing with the Stars is a television show. The person who wins is not the next president- they get a trophy. If someone gets eliminated that you wanted to stay, you should have voted more!

Lil Kim fans are enraged with her departure and are taking to the internet to bash Ty Murray, the cowboy contestant who some people thought should have been sent packing. Here’s what Ty  had to say:

“I just want to be sure and remind everybody not to get suckered into all the trash talk on the Internet. Let’s not worry about it and, instead, we’ll just let it roll off of our backs,” Murray wrote on his MySpace blog.

Even judge Carrie Ann Inaba (pictured above) commented on the madness:

“In the past 24 hours I’ve literally been attacked by people asking me, ‘What happened with Lil’ Kim? Why is Ty Murray still in the competition?’” Inaba said. “It’s simple. Ty Murray embodies what the show is all about. He is the most improved dancer this season. Is he the best dancer? No. But he stepped so far out of his element to do this and that’s why he’s still on the show.”

This just proves who the class act of the show really is. We love you, Ty!!
