‘Terminator Salvation’ DVD Will Have Missing R-Rated Footage
Good news for those who are unhappy about the PG-13 rating of the new film Terminator Salvation. The DVD and Blu-ray will have 30-40 minutes of additional footage, some of it definitely R-Rated but not for guts or gore.
McG tells Collider that the upcoming DVD/Blu-ray release of “Terminator Salvation” is going to have around half an hour to 40 minutes of deleted scenes.
Amongst the scenes being cut include John Connor giving Sarah Connor-esque speeches, Moon Bloodgood topless, and the alternate ending.
I hope this movie is good with the PG-13 rating. Unfortunately McG is still the director. Oh well, hopefully all that extra footage will be worth it.

McG did a great job with this film . Now it may not be in the same vein as T2 which i think was the best but to me this is a new start. T3 was beyond terrible. The Sarah Connor Chronicles was alright. But Salvation is the best terminator in years. I cant wait for the dvd.
Well I enjoyed all the Terminators for many reasons… but I loved the homages that Salvation gave to all 3 movies… whether it was including characters, themes… history… it was a great movie… even at a pg-13 rating… I mean what can you expect from Robots and Lazers… Good Movie…. Definitley for fans.
