After taking a big slice of Sir Paul McCartney’s fortune, Heather Mills is now teaching how to cook vegetables at the Foodies Festival in Brighton, England. Heather demonstrates going Vegan is not easy at all and you really have to be creative with those greens!

I think Heather looks amazing (with all that money even a monkey would look sexy!), however I don’t think that putting a knife on her hand is a smart idea… she kind of looks psycho there (photo below)! I wonder if she isn’t ready to go after what’s left of the former Beatles star’s money!
