Farrah Fawcett is the star in what was first intended to be a private video diary of her struggle with cancer but instead turned into a documentary. “Farrah’s Story” was watched by an estimated number of 8.9 million viewers, according to NBC.

“I do not want to die of this disease. So I say to God, ‘It is seriously time for a miracle,’” Fawcett says.

Farrah hopes her story can inspire others. Actor Ryan O’Neal has accompanied the 62 year-old actress through her daily battle and she is not ready to give up just yet.
