Miley Cyrus and her hot momma, Tish Cyrus were out in Los Angeles yesterday having a girl’s day out. They enjoyed a yummy lunch at The Studio Cafe and then lots of shopping. Tish looked cute in her sundress and bikini top. Miley’s dress was pretty sexy ….she looked hot! 
Why is it that Miley looks good in just about anything? She manages to pull this one off too……
