The fourth season winner and arguably the most successful contestant to ever come off of American Idol-Carrie Underwood- will be performing on Tuesday night’s season finale results show. She will be showcasing the song we have heard throughout the season as each contestant was eliminated, her version of Motley Crue‘s “Home, Sweet Home.“

The songstress will be donating a portion of the proceeds from sales of the digital single to The Humane Society of the United States.

Hot momma of two adorable twins, Jennifer Lopez aka J-Lo was spotted out wearing a black, sexy chenille track suit and her massive diamond ring.  Who could notice Jennifer’s bootylicious @ss when she’s wearing that ring?!  I know that she insued her @ss.  Do you think she insured that ring?  Honestly, I love diamonds, who doesn’t?  But, that size of a ring would actually bother me.  I would snag it on everything and always be worried about getting mugged!  But Jen, you look hot as always. Seems that Bethenny Frankel will do just about anything for attention these days. Her latest ploy (besides comparing The Real Housewives reunion to Vietnam) will be posing nude for PETA. She will be following in the huge reality star footsteps of Khloe Kardashian and Audrina Patridge as part of the “I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur Campaign“. Heres’ what she had to say about getting naked for all the world to see:

“I’m unexpectedly not that concerned with body image,” Frankel said, when asked about donning her birthday suit in public. “Take me as I am.”

Riiiight. That’s why you work out like a crazy person and eat a very strictly healthy diet. You’re concerned.

Bethenny credits a PETA protest at a Fendi event, which included graphic images of skinned animals, for shaping her newfound opinion on fur. “I was ignorant,” she said. “I felt disgusting… Is a fur-lined jacket or boots really that important?”

Look, don’t get me wrong- I love animals, and I hate puppy mills and dog fighting and all of those terrible things. But part of the reason animals were created were to clothe us- it’s been going on since the beginning of time. Now, fur coats are ridiculous, but leather boots? Let’s be reasonable here. How about we spend some time worrying about the kids starving to death all over the world or people dying due to lack of clean water, and spend a little less energy on concerns about leather. Seriously.

May 29th is just around the corner and that means that The Tonight Show with Jay Leno will soon be over.  Since this is big TV news and well after 17 years, Jay is going to have a nice line of stars in store for us.

Conan O’Brien (who is taking over The Tonight Show) and James Taylor will be there for the final show.  Nice.  I’m liking it already, anything to get me my Conan fix!

Leno’s also has Mel Gibson (everyone’s favorite guy these days), Prince, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Billy Crystal, and some sort of a surprise.  I can’t wait to find out what it is!

I can honestly say that I’m not getting all choked up over this.  Jay Leno isn’t going anywhere.  He is really just moving into a new time slot and getting a new name for his show.  So, this is really no biggie for the rest of us.  I will say congrats on 17 years, Jay.  That is a great accomplishment. See you at 10!

Kristen Cavallari annoys me. I don’t know why… She just always has. She has always seemed like a desperate, melodramatic, annoying Hollywood wanna-be. And now, she is stepping into that very role as the newest cast member of The Hills at the very same time Laguna Beach arch-nemesis Lauren Conrad is leaving.

The 22 year old “actress” will be doing a ten episode stint on the fall season, but will be featured on the spring season finale at the wedding of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt (she catches the bouquet).

Here’s what she had to say about her joining the hit show, and all the drama and hook-ups she will bring:

On why she’s coming back to reality TV:
“The goal for me is to get my fans excited about me again. When I first started out, I had a celebrity name but I didn’t have the acting skills I have now. If I have some buzz with my name again, I feel like it will only help.”

On rumors that producers are plotting a romance between her and Justin Bobby (which The Hills producers deny):
“I have no idea! [laughs] I don’t think MTV would be like, ‘Oh you’re dating him now. This is your boyfriend.’ But they might try and set up situations. I’m totally cool with that. Again, it’s a TV show and they need to make it entertaining.”

On how her version of The Hills will differ from Lauren’s:
“I’m a completely different person than Lauren. I have a lot more energy. I’m more outgoing. I’m a little more spontaneous. And she has a boyfriend so she’s not dating on the show. I’m very open to dating and finding a guy.”

On introducing Heidi and Spencer:
“It’s so funny. I guess it was 4 years ago. I was dating Brody [Jenner] and Spencer was Brody’s best friend. I had known Heidi when she was friends with Lauren when we were still filming Laguna Beach. Heidi was like, ‘Hook me up with someone. I wanna meet a guy.’ And Brody and I were kinda like, ‘Well, maybe Spencer?’ We’ll see what happens.’ So we all went on a double date and they just hit it off right away and now they’re married.”

Ok, loser. You don’t even know Lauren Conrad anymore… How do you know if you are more energetic or spontaneous? Maybe you’re just more annoying!! You are open to anything that will bring you publicity and attention- just like your Speidi friends.

Ugh, The Hills is going down the toilet faster and faster!!!

When the show is live, everyone on Dancing with the Stars seem to really be getting along. But is that chemistry an act or for real? That’s what TV Guide Magazine sought to find out in their behind-the-scenes look at two of the most powerful couples on the show- Gilles Marini and Cheryl Burke, and Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani.

Here, Melissa and Tony discuss what it was like to first begin working together- the immediate protection he felt over her, and how she learned to trust him.

What viewers don’t know is that just by chance, Dovolani’s wife made him watch the episode of The Bachelor where Jason Mesnick has second thoughts and Rycroft, the “winner,” was dumped in front of millions for choice No. 2. Dovolani says his “nurturing side kicked in” when he found out Melissa was his new dance partner (replacing an injured Nancy O’Dell). “I thought, ‘You are not going to have another bad experience on national TV,’” he says.

“We didn’t talk about The Bachelor until after that first rehearsal,” Rycroft says. “But the trust was established very early on—and with dances like the Lindy Hop. Do you know how many times I fell, and he would have me by a pinky toe? I was nowhere near touching the ground.”

Melissa totally deserves the best out of life, love and friendships. I know she is welcoming the relationships she has made through this show, and her Bachelor experience has only made her stronger. We love you, girl!

Kim Kardashian is unafraid to appear in unretouched photos, but don’t expect her to take this whole natural thing too far.  She already has plans to get plastic surgery.

“I would probably get my boobs done after I have kids. I think every woman needs a good lift after that.   I’d start with that, you never know what I would need. It depends on what I look like when I get older. I would definitely do something.”

And here I was thinking that her Life & Style Weekly photoshoot was an indication that she was less vain than that, but I should have known better.  I am sure when it happens, the whole thing will be documented on Keeping Up With The Kardashians!

Teri Hatcher sure looks smoking hot here. She was at the Ed Sullivan Theatre for a taping of the David Letterman Show. She looks so happy and vibrant. It makes me want to look exactly like her.

Teri’s director, Henry Selick,  from the movie Coraline recently admitted that Teri had problems being mean in the movie to her co-star Dakota Fanning. (Even though they were just voicing the characters.)

“Teri’s fantastic. She has a lot of range. The main thing with Teri was that it was difficult for her to be mean, because she has a great daughter and could never be that way to her own daughter.”

That is so sweet. I bet that Teri is an amazing mom.

There’s a reboot of Cliffhanger in the works. Unfortunate.

StudioCanal has announced that it will be teaming with Neal Moritz’s L.A.-based Original Films to reboot 1993′s Cliffhanger, the action adventure thriller directed by Renny Harlin and starring Sylvester Stallone.

Variety says the new version will center on a group of young climbers. “Just as they rebooted ‘Star Trek,’ we’re going to do the same with ‘Cliffhanger,’” said Moritz, who will produce. Unlike the original, where Italy stood in for the Colorado Rockies, the new redo looks set to feature multiple cliff-face locations.

Ridiculous, seriously. This is just irritating to me, there have to be better ideas out there.
