I guess the mess as of late with Carrie Prejean was too much for the Miss California pageant director, Shanna Moakler.  Us Weekly reports:

“Since the press conference yesterday, I had a chance to think about what has taken place, and I feel that at this time it is in my best interest to resign from the Miss California USA organization,” says Moakler.

“I cannot with a clear conscious move forward supporting and promoting the Miss Universe Organization when I no longer believe in it, or the contracts I signed committing myself as a youth,” she continues. “I want to be a role model for young woman with high hopes of pageantry, but now feel it more important to be a role model for my children. I am sorry and hope I have not let any young supporters down but wish them the best of luck in fulfilling their dreams.”

So that is one more bomb that has dropped ever since the night of the Miss USA Pageant.  Wow.  Is Trump going to walk away next?

New Moon’s Edward Cullen, I mean Robert Pattinson is turning the big 2-3 today. Yep, the heart throb vampire is 23 years old.  I am sure his castmates are celebrating his big day with style.  Maybe even a surprise party?  Life is good for Robert Pattinson, his rise to mega-fame happened really fast and he is only 23!  This young man has a long and bright future ahead of him.

Happy Birthday Robert!  We hope this is the start of a great year for you! (And I have a feeling it will be )

Miss California, Carrie Prejean, has been kicking up quite a bit of controversy with her topless photos that hit the internet yesterday. She gets to keep her crown but they still are kicking around the internet.

This clip was sent to me from NBC this morning and I had to share. It is of Carrie trying out to be one of the Deal or No Deal suitcase holders. I know it sounds funny to even call it vintage but it looks like the clip is so old.

The busy mom from Jon And Kate Plus 8 was seen out in Reading, PA shopping at Target.  Life goes on as  Kate Gosselin has been dealing with her husband, Jon Gosselin’s affair with Deanna Hummel and I think it’s starting to sink in and is really taking a toll  on her.  It would be hard for any woman to find out that their husband is a slimy cheater, but to have it in the headlines has got to be just so much worse.  Kate spoke to People and let’s us in on a little of what she’s feeling….

“I don’t know that we’re in the same place anymore, that we want the same thing,” she says quietly. “I’ve been struggling with the question of ‘Who is this person?’ for a while. I remember where I was the first time I heard her name. It’s one of those things where you can try to make it go away, but there’s blaring, red flashing lights.”

“You can’t imagine yourself in a certain position when all this first happens, but you can do it over some months,” she says.

“It’s a lot like when I was first pregnant with the babies, and it was pure shock and denial. But over time I imagined six cribs in my house, and six car seats. When your mind is ready to go there, you can accept any number of scenarios.”

That is heartbreaking.  I am afraid that they won’t be able to fix it.  I think this is going to be a very messy and sad divorce.  The poor kids are going to be crushed.

This is my prediction.  Since  Miss Nevada, Katie Rees is super pissed at Donald Trump for letting Miss California, Carrie Prejean keep her crown inspite of all the topless photos that have surfaced.  Katie has been dealing with the humiliation of losing her crown for 2 years now and now this has pushed her over the edge.  Katie hasn’t filed a law suit yet, but I would be willing to bet it’s only a matter of time.  I am thinking Katie wants to take some of  Trump’s money, since he’s got plenty, to pay for all that pain, suffering, and discrimination.  This might be far fetched….but, I seriously doubt it.

Rumors of Ed Westwick and Chace Crawford being gay and being lovers have been been splashed all over the internet. I knew that they weren’t true but I guess I am only one person. Ed has finally spoken out about it.

“I don’t think anyone with half a brain seriously thought there was anything in that. Some of the more gossipy magazines, take a hot topic and run with it but anyone who knows us knows we are just mates.”

And that’s mates as in roommates! And that’s what happens, people write about it because it’s news. I’m glad that he’s finally straightened it out.

Uh oh.  This isn’t the way I had it in my head.  I really didn’t think it could be possible.  In case you were unaware, our One Tree Hill faves, Chad Michael Murray (Lucas) and Hilarie Burton (Peyton) have been in contract negotiations for some time now.  Apparently they weren’t able to work anything out and so, the newlyweds who just tied the knot will be making their final appearance on the One Tree Hill season finale on Monday.  I really don’t understand what the CW is thinking!  How could you let them go?  There will be two new characters filling these spots and  Austin Nichols (Julian) will now be a regular starting next season.

I guess Heidi Montag is still an old-fashioned girl in some ways. Now that she is legally married to d-bag Spencer Pratt, she has officially taken his last name.

“Now that we’re legally married, I wanted to do the right thing,” she told Us. “I want us to be a family in every way. When we have kids, I want us to all have the same last name.”

Heidi said she plans to “wing it” when it comes to using Pratt professionally — but she added her Montag moniker might still be around for her upcoming album. “When I did my album, it was still pre-wedding, so I may still be Heidi Montag there,” she told Us.

Riiiiiiight. Because when you started the “album” should determine what name you put on it when it’s released. You’re such a genius!

Ben Affleck is currently filming his latest film, The Company Men,  in Boston.  All his little ladies are staying in town while daddy is working.

The nanny and Jennifer Garner took the girls, Violet and Serephina out for a stroll around the park.  Violet is getting so big and really enjoys riding her trike around.  Little Serephina is absolutely gorgeous.  I think she is going to be another Jennifer Garner Clone!  I am loving her personalized pacifiers!  So cute!

I know, I know.  Huge shocker, right?  Nadya Suleman aka OctoMom is always pulling something out of her fat @ss to make the headlines.  This week she is bragging on her baby making body.  She won’t get a tummy tuck.  Doesn’t seem to think she needs one and claims that if she were offered one for free, she wouldn’t accept it.

“I would never even accept a tummy tuck even if it were offered because I don’t need it,  I’m actually shocked myself at my own body. My goal is to do things as naturally as possible.”

Yeah, right!  Sure Nadya.  You are so into going natural.  That’s why are addicted to artificially inseminating yourself.  No one believes a word that comes out of your massive mouth.  Keep on fooling yourself into believing that you’re a good mom and that everything you are doing is for your children. ( I just threw up in my mouth.)

“What’s going on now is I feel obligated — almost compelled — to earn a living to take care of my kids,” she says. “I was kind of catapulted into this, oblivious to my choices. Do I like attention — the inordinate attention that’s not even warranted because I’m not a celebrity, a ‘pseudo-celebrity?’ I don’t. I absolutely don’t. But I have to do what I have to do to take care of them.”

Wow.  The woman is just plain twisted.  Will this charade ever end?
