Heidi & Spencer Quit “I’m a Celebrity…” Due to Lack of Pampering

Apparently, Spencer and Heidi Pratt were expecting their filming in the jungles of Costa Rica for “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here” to be as fake and pampered as their life on The Hills. Turns out camping in a tent, living on rice and beans was just too much for the reality tv snobs.

“Speidi-gate, that’s what we’re calling it.  I was playing with my kids at about 7PM on Saturday and I got a call [saying] ‘Get on a plane down to the jungle, Spencer and Heidi have walked,’” NBC reality chief Paul Telegdy told Ryan Seacrest… “I think Spencer thought he was about to arrive in some jungle-top Four Seasons [hotel], not a camp in the middle of the jungle.”

“He does make much of the fact that he’s very pampered,” Telegdy said.  He said to me ‘I can’t do this, I eat five times a day and every one of those meals costs at least $40′ and I said ‘Well Spencer, everyone else is doing fine on rice and beans.’…He can be quite a frightening young man.”

“I said it just pays in a little bit too much into your sterotype Spencer to quit something on the first day, just ‘bring it’ and let’s see if there’s a different side of you.”

The two did calm down and return to the camp, but not until Heidi also suggested to Telegdy that their celebrity quality was poor, and that they should have gotten Kevin Federline on-board. Right, because is totally a high-level, legit celeb.

These two really are some of the most delusional people on planet earth, from Heidi’s soft-porn music videos to Spencer’s rapping, to this. They’re total loonies.
