I am so happy that The Proposal is finally coming out. I love Ryan Reynolds with a passion. And really who couldn’t love such an adorable guy like that? The Proposal premiere was last night at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, California. The movie hits theatres soon.

And in the spirit of the movie Ryan revealed just how he proposed to his now wife, Scarlett Johansson. He said he proposed by a text message. And the hardest part? Getting what he wanted to say in the character limit they put on the messages.

“The hardest part was to compress all of that love, all of that joy into just one text message. And then it was just hitting send.”
