Most teenagers are embarrassed by their parents, and singer Taylor Swift is no exception.  Her dad, Scott, is chaperoning her current U.S. tour, and he’s having his own fun doing it.   Taylor reported his antics on her blog:

My dad is along the ride for this trip. He’s a social butterfly, and loves being on tour. He loves it so much, he thinks it’s absolutely hilarious to embarrass me as much as possible. For example, (I’m) walking into the hotel lobby after returning from dinner. It’s a quiet, serene, beautiful when. … Screaming voice from out of nowhere: ‘Hey! That’s Taylor Swift!!’

Me: ‘Dad. Please stop doing that’…”It’s pretty priceless having my dad out here with me.

I dunno, I have a teenager and I thought that mortifying him was part of my job as a parent!  She doesn’t sound like she hates it SO much though.
