John Stamos Has Some ‘Full House’ Plans

John Stamos at The Recording Academy

When I first started reading that John Stamos wants to make a Full House movie, I thought that could be fun.  That was until I read on and realized it wouldn’t have any of the original cast!  Now that’s  a crappy idea.

It wouldn’t be us playing us,” Stamos tells New York’s Daily News. “I’m not 100 percent sure, but it would probably take place in the first few years [of the sitcom].”

“I see Steve Carell as Danny Tanner [originally played by Bob Saget] and Tracy Morgan as Joey Gladstone [originated by Dave Coulier] because he’s funny,” Stamos continues.

I am sorry, but I don’t see any of those stars the least bit interested in this movie idea.  Do you?  Honestly, without the original cast it has no hope of ever taking off.  Sorry.

John, you are so hot and I loved you on ER.  I know you are probably dealing with some down time.  But, this isn’t the answer!

I love watching Full House re-runs! All original CAST or no movie! A family friendly wholesome film could do very well now. Even with the Olsen twins, there are many ways to take it and many jokes that would be wonderful for them to work into a script. “Have mercy” “How rude” “Cut it out” “You got it dude”
